THE GREAT SHIFT OF 2017

You have heard so much from me about the lake I live on and my adventures on my kayak.  A neighbor who lives on the lake took a video with his drone which is absolutely beautiful.  The drone went very slowly so all the details are visible.  This is a memento for all of us who live on Lake George in Wales, Ma.  Please do not confuse us with the big Lake George in NY, we are much smaller but just as exciting for all who enjoy what it has to offer.  If you are interested in a high video of my home and the beach, it starts around 2:29 minute.  On the left you will see a rectangular piece which is tan colored, that is the beach.  My lawn and house is right behind it, separated by a fence you cannot see.  As the drone travels, you can see the buoys that keep the swimmers safe from the boats and it looks like a white 3 sided fence on the water.

It is such a joy to share this with you and I am ever grateful for the patience and time it took for my neighbor to memorialize this piece of heaven on earth as well as the music he chose to accompany your trip down Lake George. It takes me about an hour to go all around the lake. Of course, if I stop to talk to anyone, it takes me longer.

WHERE IS YOUR WORLD?

There is so much turmoil in the world and we can’t avoid it as the internet and TV allows us to be able to access the WHOLE world.  This is a large world and every second there is something happening somewhere that is considered sad or negative.  As I was growing up, we did not have access to all of that information, so in a way, we were cocooned.  What you are aware of is your world and our world was quite small although we were not aware of it.  The “bad” news was not available 24 hours a day so we could not bask or rebel in what appeared to be our world.

The world has grown so large in just a lifetime and yet is so small at the same time.  We are addicted to being in contact with another person at all times.  We are only a phone call or text away from the millions or billions of souls that are available to us through our media machines or media news. YET we are so far apart from each other in relating one to one on a personal basis.  We can be anyone we choose to be as we can play any role on the phones or computers and no one is the wiser.  Does that sound “real” to you?

Actually we humans are quite adaptive as we swing from being one personality to another so easily.  We are susceptible to so many suggestions that bombard each of us on a minute by minute basis; whether it is on the TV, the Computer or even on the billboards. Who am I in this moment?  Who are you in this moment? When I just stop and be, the record in my mind slows down and I am no one; no mom, wife, friend, sister, cousin, coworker, neighbor, daughter, housewife, nurse, doctor, teacher, shopper, diner, vacationer, etc…… How many roles do you play?  There are so many that each of us plays in a single day, in a single hour. Most of these roles are genuine and are the real us…until we turn on our devices.  Then we enter a different world. We enter worlds created by others who are attempting to sway us to their realities. Are you able to withstand these energies and still remain who you really are in your heart?  I ask myself this question as I all of a sudden come back in to my world.  Where was I?  Can you keep your world being the world you really want? I sometimes feel that the only time I am actually in the world I want is when I am quiet and still.  That is hard to do when there are so many opportunities during your day to sidetrack you.  I envy the ones who are able to remain quiet in their selves while still being in this world of variables.

Selacia offers hope and another perspective on living in these times.  I believe in hope and also in miracles, small or large. This day is rainy and cold so it feels like I have delved deep within.

I am not against cell phones just our complete dependence on them which makes us vulnerable to others who wish to shut us down.  Remember that you are telepathic and with a little practice, phones will not be needed. Check out this news about our near future and cell phones. Won’t it be great when our phones are not dependent on outer sources?

After all is said and done, the simple things are still the most powerful.  How powerful is your sight in the way you look at this world. His joy brought tears to my eyes and reminded me of the small things that I take for granted.

7-7-17 AND THE FULL MOON

I know I am sending this newsletter out later than usual.  Would you like to hear why?  The Full Moon must be orchestrating this because I couldn’t plan this good.  I was supposed to go somewhere with my son after I sent this out. I got up early so I could get send this to you in a timely manner.  He called at 9am and said he was going back to bed and he would call me this afternoon.  It is softly raining outside, a perfect day to take a nap.  I was suddenly so sleepy so I decided to lie down and take a short nap.  My naps are usually 15 minutes or so. I woke up two hours later which was quite a surprise to me.  I made myself a cup of coffee and suddenly realized I had an appointment with the owner and manager of a beef farm to purchase my beef.

Before I found this organic, grass fed, no antibiotics,etc.,  I could not eat beef.  My body simply would not digest it.  This farm was a life saver for me and I get all my beef from this cattle farm which is about 15 minutes away; River Rock Farm on 5 Bridge Road in Brimfield, Ma. It is run by a husband, wife and two little girls.  The farm had two new arrivals, calves, in the last few days.  One is doing great but the second one is not doing so well.  The mother of this calf is a brand new mother and does not have the supply of milk the calf needs and the calf resists being fed by the bottle. Charlie Sayer, the owner, told me today that the calf is doing better but she is not out of the woods yet.  Any good energy you can send would be greatly appreciated.  It is a miracle to have any family willing to do all the hard work necessary to keep their farm afloat.  Please send some loving energy to the owners and with the intent of having more of these farmers survive financially. Today is 7/7/17.  I have not found any info on it but I bet there is some meaning behind all these sevens.  There is a powerful full moon on Sunday 7/9 and we are already feeling the effects of it.  Emotions will be heightened so practice taking deep breaths as I am sure the *s—* will hit the fan. With the news media hyping up everybody, be a calming influence wherever you are.  Your energy is in your presence and you spread it wherever you are or wherever you go.  BE AWARE of how powerful your presence is.

Becoming aware of awareness by Eckhart Tolle.  This gives more clarity on what we are thinking or should I say not thinking.

You just never know what a police officer will be called to do. And….they just jump in without taking into consideration the harm that could happen to them personally.   We are so fortunate to have these officers taking care of us and our needs.

Speaking about helpers, check out this helper. It never ceases to amaze me just how one’s viewpoint can change with age, including my own. Perhaps I will consider making out a bucket list.  Do you have one?
