I received this video a few days ago from a neighboring town and I was so touched by this woman’s own story of surviving Covid 19 that I am taking the opportunity to share it with you. “Jesus is my Guy” is my front license plate on my car.  Ever since I was a little girl, Jesus was my inspiration and kept me safe in this harsh world. This woman’s story is not just a story but a real event that happened to her and there is no denying what happened to her. Are you bored yet?  There is nothing good on TV and even the computer does not relieve your boredom or lack of energy. Here is Jonny  Harris who has experienced all of this lack but decided to do something about it.  He is a comedian who is gentle but brings laughter wherever he goes.  I believe you will be hooked once you watch just one of his episodes.  He will bring up your energy just by making you laugh, but in a good way.

You know by now that Oprah will be hosting an interview with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry this Sunday night.  Here is an interview with the two which shows how much they care about people in dire straits.  They are willing to share their bounty with the ones who need it so desperately.

EUPHORIA INTO AGITATION

Yesterday, I was euphoric.  It felt so freeing, like I could just release any and all tension.  This was the time to relax and not carry the world on my shoulders. I could feel the whole country taking a deep breath and releasing all the tension that we have held for soooo long. The day before, Wednesday, I watched the whole inauguration (I don’t usually turn my TV on until 5 or 6 in the evening) and it was beautiful.  Different than normal but beautiful in its forthcoming peace.

Today I feel so uptight like I don’t have enough time or resources to get everything done. Why the sudden shift?  I can’t find the answer but this talk by Eckhart Tolle:” One Day at a Time” will certainly help.  I think I have fallen back into trying to do too much all at once.
