OCTOBER ENERGY

It has come to my attention that one of you did not realize that the highlighted word in a paragraph is actually a link to a wonderful video or article that I wanted to share.  My skills on the computer or even the phone leaves much to be desired but since I knew what highlighted meant, I “assumed” that everyone knew that all they had to do is click on the link.

My wonderful computer person suggested that I could cut down the size of the link to one word instead of having perhaps up to 4 lines of the necessary words or letters that would get you to the same place. It would be easier for you especially on phones that do not have the same size screen as a computer. He even had the patience to explain to me HOW to do that.  I so apologize for not explaining what I was doing and having been doing that for a while and never received a complaint. It takes a good friend to be honest with you when finally I was asked why my newsletter was shorter.  I was taken aback and finally I realized that I had shortened the length by taking that shortcut.  Again, I apologize if you had any problems or perhaps did not realize what the highlighting meant.  You missed a lot of good news and if you would like me to resend any of the newsletters to you so you could open them, I would be happy to do that.  I have a copy of each newsletter so I just need you to tell me the date.  If you have any suggestions you would like to share with me, please feel free to email me.

After reading this article, I again had hope that there is something in this world that would help people like me who cannot do physical exercise to keep fit.  I was surprised by the results and the ease which someone could help their body in so many ways. Personally, I like the heat better than the cold, so this is right up my alley (article).

This is my first exposure to Diana Cooper.  I was impressed and moved so I thought you might like a taste of her also. This is an October 2019 energy report.

FEAR VS LAUGHTER

Is it my imagination or is time going much, much faster?  Next Tuesday is the first of October.  How did it get here so soon?  My passport and license do not expire until next February but I felt compelled to get them done ahead time.  Why?  I don’t know but I am glad that they are done. We need to get a Real ID if we intend to get on an airplane and having a passport makes the whole procedure much easier.  Men do not have to worry about name changes but women do and the RMV requires proof of every name change.  So keep your passport up to date.  AAA is a good place to get your Real ID or license and is much quicker than the RMV.  AAA gives you two free pictures a year so I was able to get my photo free for my passport while I was at AAA to get my Real ID. I have no plans right now to travel or be on an airplane but you never know when an opportunity will come up to use them and I will be ready. After AAA, I went to my local Post Office who assisted me with sending off my old passport in order to get a new one. Yesterday was a real productive day and two things that had a deadline have been taken care of and I can cross off my to-do list.

Eckhart Tolle addresses fear and anxiety.  He is so expressive and acts out many of his suggestions which will make you laugh at yourself and what is happening.  He has such a dry sense of humor

I received this article this morning and it made me realize how our mind can also be used to bring out such happy memories.  I am so glad that this TOOL has been developed as it will help our fellow humans with dementia.

SYNCHRONICITY

Welcome to Fall.  I feel  like it came too soon; I wasn’t ready to give up on summer yet. I know that the lake will be too cold for me to go for a swim although we do have some hardy mermaids.  I like fall but it means that cold is on its way and winter offers cold, snow and ice which are not my favorite.  I guess we have to put up with what we don’t care for in order to get what we really want when it comes to weather.  Each season has its own reason for being and offers us things we could not experience without the others. Eckhart Tolle keeps telling us to live in the moment and that is the way to go.  I try to remember but I do forget as I am doing now.

The sun, when it is out, is still coming in my kitchen window and this side of the house so I am enjoying allowing its freedom to enter without being concerned that it will get too hot.  My office is on that side of the house so I am sitting in the sun while corresponding with you.  How lucky can one get?

My knee that had the procedure is doing better; the swelling has gone down some so it is easier to bend.  I am using my cane because it keeps me walking straight so I don’t abuse the other muscles in my body trying to keep me straight.  In the morning is the best time as I really don’t need it but as the day progresses there is more pain so I need it more. I will not know for about 6 weeks if it was successful or not so I can’t predict the outcome but it went as well as it could. My doctor even called me the evening of my procedure to see how I was doing.  That made me feel so valued, how many doctors do that anymore?

I am sure you must have heard about the death of the elephant at the Big E which has been with us for so many years during the Eastern States Exposition.  There are many celebrations that are planned to honor her.  For those who cannot understand why there is so much fuss about an elephant, please watch this video. If we were as huge and as strong as they are, would we be as gentle as they are???? Elephants are so much gentler than we humans and understand much more than we give them credit for.

I want to share with you a terrific solution to our thirst for energy and what that created in our world on our planet.  Wars are on the brink of happening with countries fighting over fuel.  Here is a solution created by Mother Earth that will end all this bickering. Notice the rainbow in the picture, it is a symbol of all colors (races) coming together to create something that is so beautiful and cannot be controlled by just one race.

Until I watched this video, I did not really have a deep understanding of what our homeless go through.  It never occurred to me that men would not be able to shave (an ordinary everyday occurrence for a man) without water. This man had to wait for it to rain so he could use the gift of toiletries that was given to him.  He would not even be allowed in to any of the public restrooms to use their sink and mirror.  It amazes me how sometimes I am just thoughtless about what other humans might be going through.  There is a good ending though, a wonderful servant, a Samaritan stepped in to show us the big difference in our life and someone else’s. I just had to share this eye opener with you.

Yet the angels were watching after this man.  This next message is heartwarming and has happened to you and me at some time in our lives.  I, for one, want to be more aware of the soul satisfying synchronicities that flow from grace that are offered to you and me if we but open our hearts and minds.
