FAITH AND TRUST

Have a wonderful Memorial Day holiday.  It is amazing to me how the weather affects our sense of holidays.  It feels to me like it is too soon to have this Holiday, like it is coming too soon.  I am not complaining as so many of my brothers and sisters are experiencing tornadoes, floods and hurricanes. Perhaps it is my age as I have many years of Memorial Days to remember and the seasons are not so black and white like they were when I was a kid. Looking back as an adult now, was it always as I expected or was I too young to notice?

I followed a young boy on his bicycle this morning and another car was coming the opposite way.  We both stopped to let the boy go by without any injury and I contemplated on how care free life was when I was his age.  Perhaps I was carefree until I aged enough to let life catch up with me with all of its “accidents” or “unexpected happenings”.  I want that feeling back, that feeling of not knowing what would happen OR what could happen, just trusting that I would be fine and enjoying the moment as only a child can.  As a child, we trust life as we have no other conception of what could be. Why can we not feel that way again?

I am going to make a conscious decision to focus on feeling free and knowing that I am at least content with the knowledge that I am safe with my Higher Self looking out for me.  I did have a day last week that I became aware that three car accidents with me involved had just been averted. I AM looked after and protected just as that young child on a bike was. And….I will not wait to feel that secure again, I will consciously choose to feel safe.

Speaking of looking back, I became aware of two new creations that are in the pipe line and will perhaps manifest in a few years.  I never ever thought anything like this was possible.  I am grateful that I have lived long enough to be able to know the vast differences that have occurred between my birth and now.Check these out and see which one or two will blow your mind and memory.

Imagine no more wars over fossil fuel, who would have thought?

Before cell phones, would this have even been considered?  Talk about trust.

This article joins faith and trust with modern remedies. It feels like a good ending to what began with my car run to the Post Office to pick up my mail (I live on a private street so mail cannot be delivered without a physical address so I have a PO Box)

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!  Let us send love and blessings to ALL the mothers including Mother Earth who is mother to us all.  Without her, we would not have water, food, clothing, shelters, etc.  Perhaps we could do one thing for her on Sunday, even if it is only to give thanks for all of the beautiful nature she has given us.

Here is only one example of what a mother does for her child but the endearing thing is the way she was unexpectedly recognized. This is amemory for them both that is priceless.

There is some very exciting news about plastic bags.  It is a staple that is used for many other purposes than just carrying your purchases.  If you use them often, you will be happy to hear what is right around the corner.

Children have a way of touching our hearts with so much purity and being right in the moment.  I think you will like the response of this child to Mozart. It made me smile and brought me back to my childhood of being in awe even when I did not truly understand.

Speaking of childhood, the Library of Congress is offering an opportunity to have rare children’s books  for free. Would you like to retreat back into memories or do you know a child who would be in awe of what was created way back when?

How much baggage do you carry around on a regular basis?  Listen to Jim Self as he gives you an example of what the future has in store for you.  It sounds like a lot of fun, much better than what we are creating in the world now.

DOWN MEMORY LANE

Have a Blessed Hanukkah or a Happy Easter.

I woke up to a 64 degree day this morning and I thought that it must be wrong.  It turned out to be correct and I was happy to experience the warmth without the rain or the sun.  Just BE.  There is also a Blue Moon in Libra today so expect miracles, after all this weekend is all about Resurrection.  Do you know what a blue moon is?  Here is a simple explanation and the meaning behind it all.  A Blue Moon is when you have two Full Moons in a row in the same sign.

This week we have been gifted with a special occasion to remember Resurrection, the burning of Notre Dame in France. As we all watched, there was no sound from the people until the spire fell down.  Then there was a universal gasp and sound of Ooooh from all around the globe.  Sadness there was but there was also an up swelling of love that surrounded the Earth.  Notre Dame was loved so deeply and there arose a feeling of “we are going to rebuild this remarkable memorial.  It will resurrect was the main thought as people started donating to the resurrection to the tune of 6 Billion dollars.  It will take time but it will be done.  What an inspiration this is and the World comes together to revere a monument that meant so much to all of us.

Here is good news for humanity, especially those in snowy climates.  It will surely spread to encompass the whole Earth.
