Beloved,
How are you doing with the weather this particular summer? Well, it has been a challenge for most of us living on this planet. It is either hotter than h-ll or you are drowning in the rain and its effects. It has been even more challenging for us here on the lake. We have around 50 geese who have been challenging us, sometimes 3x a day, to pick up their poop from either our lawn or the beach. I discovered this year that the geese, all of them, cannot fly until August because they are molting. You should see all the effects of each neighbor on the lake trying to keep these critters out of their yards. Finally they are able to fly and now the pack of critters can stop being a huge bunch of 50 and breaking down into groups of maybe 5 to 10. They now can fly and escape the frustration they must feel when we can stop chasing them. We now can breathe and relax for the rest of the summer.
