SYNCHRONICITY

Welcome to Fall.  I feel  like it came too soon; I wasn’t ready to give up on summer yet. I know that the lake will be too cold for me to go for a swim although we do have some hardy mermaids.  I like fall but it means that cold is on its way and winter offers cold, snow and ice which are not my favorite.  I guess we have to put up with what we don’t care for in order to get what we really want when it comes to weather.  Each season has its own reason for being and offers us things we could not experience without the others. Eckhart Tolle keeps telling us to live in the moment and that is the way to go.  I try to remember but I do forget as I am doing now.

The sun, when it is out, is still coming in my kitchen window and this side of the house so I am enjoying allowing its freedom to enter without being concerned that it will get too hot.  My office is on that side of the house so I am sitting in the sun while corresponding with you.  How lucky can one get?

My knee that had the procedure is doing better; the swelling has gone down some so it is easier to bend.  I am using my cane because it keeps me walking straight so I don’t abuse the other muscles in my body trying to keep me straight.  In the morning is the best time as I really don’t need it but as the day progresses there is more pain so I need it more. I will not know for about 6 weeks if it was successful or not so I can’t predict the outcome but it went as well as it could. My doctor even called me the evening of my procedure to see how I was doing.  That made me feel so valued, how many doctors do that anymore?

I am sure you must have heard about the death of the elephant at the Big E which has been with us for so many years during the Eastern States Exposition.  There are many celebrations that are planned to honor her.  For those who cannot understand why there is so much fuss about an elephant, please watch this video. If we were as huge and as strong as they are, would we be as gentle as they are???? Elephants are so much gentler than we humans and understand much more than we give them credit for.

I want to share with you a terrific solution to our thirst for energy and what that created in our world on our planet.  Wars are on the brink of happening with countries fighting over fuel.  Here is a solution created by Mother Earth that will end all this bickering. Notice the rainbow in the picture, it is a symbol of all colors (races) coming together to create something that is so beautiful and cannot be controlled by just one race.

Until I watched this video, I did not really have a deep understanding of what our homeless go through.  It never occurred to me that men would not be able to shave (an ordinary everyday occurrence for a man) without water. This man had to wait for it to rain so he could use the gift of toiletries that was given to him.  He would not even be allowed in to any of the public restrooms to use their sink and mirror.  It amazes me how sometimes I am just thoughtless about what other humans might be going through.  There is a good ending though, a wonderful servant, a Samaritan stepped in to show us the big difference in our life and someone else’s. I just had to share this eye opener with you.

Yet the angels were watching after this man.  This next message is heartwarming and has happened to you and me at some time in our lives.  I, for one, want to be more aware of the soul satisfying synchronicities that flow from grace that are offered to you and me if we but open our hearts and minds.

HOPE

I haven’t said much about the stem cell procedure.  For one, there are no immediate results; it can take up to 6 months. Here it is 6 months later and still no change. I had such high hopes so I need to admit that I am disappointed.  Having muscle spasms with the sciatic nerve two weeks after the procedure was very difficult because the sciatic nerve affected was down my right leg which was my support leg for the painful left one. I am told that this particular episode could not affect the stem cell effect. The doctor who did the stem cell procedure is a real pioneer and I well pleased with him even if it did not work.  There is no guarantee and since insurance does not cover the expense, I had to pay cash for it.

Since my 6 months are up, he had his nurse call me and invite me to another appointment.  Since my cash flow had been lowered I said I could not afford another appointment.  To my surprise, she said the appointment was free so I decided to go so he could check out my knee.  He was very kind and said he knows I spent a lot of money and he doesn’t feel right in leaving me still in pain. He has offered to do another procedure on my left knee and will do it for free.  Talk about angels, he certainly is one doctor who is compassionate and is not in it just for the money.

My appointment is this afternoon so that is why all of this is so fresh in my mind.  I have been wanting to share it with you but I couldn’t seem to write or talk about it so as not to focus negatively on my wounded knee. After a while, I just started looking for other alternatives and I am now on CBD oil which is a journey in itself. I am getting it from a shamanistic healer who grows her own so it is organic and she is able to include a lot of healing energy into it as well.  She is aware of my sensitivities so we are going slowly to give my body a chance to adjust.  Wow, look how many angels are working for me, Positive results are sure to be on the horizon and I am claiming them now in the NOW (PRESENT MOMENT).

Speaking of angels, Ann Albers has a message from the angels that seems to just hit home. There is a way to be more effective when you are asking for something and she just hit the nail on the head.

I am not too sure that I could have handled an autistic child having such an episode.  It is so wonderful and affirming to know that many people are aware of what the child is feeling and willing to go the extra mile to affect a positive outcome for everyone involved. Kudos to them.

Patricia Diane Cota-Robles has good news for you. It is a longer message than usual so read this when you have time to absorb it.  It gave me a lot of food for thought (after I just gave you Eckhart Tolle) but in a much different way.  It will give you peace and a sense of hope.

I checked out the video 3 times because it happened so fast that the eye has a hard time actually realizing what happened, never mind that he actually did it with such ease and grace. What a souvenir and what glee.

THIS PLANET OF DUALITY

BRRR, I turned my heat on this morning.  There is no sun to warm up my house and it feels damp.  I am so grateful that I am not in Florida or anywhere this unusual hurricane Dorian is showing her face. I am very aware of what it means to be on the water and my heart goes out to all who are affected.  Our world, our earth is made up of contradictions.  Water is so necessary for our planet and for us but ANYTHING healthy or not that is in excess is dangerous. We have both sides of every physical or mental emotion going on at the very same time in different parts of our space.  It amazes me that it doesn’t even have to be far away from us.  When the tornado hit my area, it went right around my town but affected all the towns around me.  There is no rhyme or reason to it, but it is the truth. We are the Planet of Duality.

Here is an example of what I am trying to say.  Water is necessary and can be exhilarating but imagine if you never had seen an ocean or actually know or experience the joy of it. There is also joy that we can share with those that have no idea what an ocean is.

The older I get, the funnier this scenario is.

The number 3 has always been a special number to me but I did not know why.  Kari Samuels gives a short but explicit reason why it is.  See if it touches you.

When I first saw this picture, my assumption  was wrong.  On the media there is so much about the harassment of blacks by whites that I ASSUMED with no forethought the wrong explanation.  Then I looked again and thought of what a great example this picture was of just humans helping humans.

Wouldn’t you say the roles were reversed in this case?  The senior was helping the younger man rather than vice versa. These types of stories warm my heart and give me reason to continue to believe in the whole human race.

Wouldn’t you like every teacher to read this?  What a future generation could be alive on this planet if they did.
