LOVE IS IN THE AIR

 Well, we finally got snow, all 2 feet of it here in Wales. As far as snowstorms go, this one was big BUT we had no electric or TV outages. The kids got a snow day from school and finally have snow to play in.  I am literally and physically snowed in.  Our street is plowed but my driveway has not been plowed yet although I know the guys won’t forget me, they must be having a hard time at their commercial contracts to keep the snow off the parking lots especially with the wind we are having.  I can open my storm door a little but being on the lake when it is windy, it creates a whirlwind right around my house and deposits snow on my stoop even when it is not snowing. You should see the beautiful patterns that the wind has created.  There are parts of my yard near the garage where there is no snow and yet there are high drifts right next to those bare spots.  I still claim that Mother Nature is the best artist in the world. No one can compare to her.

 “Finding Calm among the Storm” by Dana Mrkich sounds like a perfect article to follow the storm we just experienced.  In fact, it is a perfect antidote to ANY storm you are in the middle of.

 “You have a Choice” by Ann Albers speaks right to me at this moment.  I am still snowbound but I can choose to fret or relax.  I have heat, food and all of my utilities, why do I feel isolated or abandoned?  I am not either of those things but the very fact that I cannot get in my car and go where I want to go has those feelings coming up. Is it habit or is a past memory?  I CAN CHOOSE to feel my mind’s wanderings or I can CHOOSE to look at reality and SEE that none of those fears are true. In reality, I am sitting in my warm house bathing in the sun as I write to you. 

 Tomorrow is a Lunar Eclipse.  A clip of what opportunities abound during this event by Sarah Varcas.

 What an amazing exercise this would be for all of humanity to participate in.  This video would be great going viral on the media.

LOVE AND LIGHT ON VALENTINE’S DAY

HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY! It really warms my heart to receive your emails expressing your ideas and comments on my newsletter. Thank you.

This is a day for lovers, lovers of ALL. LOVE is the single most powerful energy on Mother Earth. Even the hardest heart is melted by pure unconditional love. Until these hard hearts see and feel that love, they are embroiled in bitterness and hate which are the heaviest and darkest energies. It takes only one candle in a dark room to lighten the heavy load of darkness and to light the way. Can you be that candle?

There is a special gathering tomorrow that you do not have to go out of your home to attend. Let’s all give Mother Earth a Love Hug which will be like an epidemic of Love overshadowing the whole planet and all the beings on it.

A Miracle of Synchronized Meditation?

Ten days after millions of people gather for a
worldwide synchronized meditation, an agreement is signed in Munich to end the violence in Syria.

Many will think it was just a coincidence, but consider this: After nearly every worldwide synchronized meditation focused on an area of the world experiencing extreme violence and war, a peaceful solution was achieved within two weeks.

Are we taking credit for what happened today? Of course not. What we are doing is using this to illustrate what could happen if we continue this movement of peaceful, prayerful activism. My goal is to have an “Army of Light” ready to respond at a moment’s notice whenever a situation arises that needs our focus – at least a million people from around the world we can contact days or even hours before we gather to shower our energy on a given crisis. We hope you will continue to support this movement. You are not powerless, and this is the way you can help change the world!

Solutions that the world needs are coming from our youth, are we paying attention? Can you imagine that the biggest medical scare right now is the ZIKA virus that is so easily spread? This is a powerful time for you to be aware of who you are. These two days will bring you loving and positive energy to fully accept who you are now and where you came from. You are indeed the Beloved Ones. Love yourself first and this energy will just ooze out of you to humanity and the rest of creation. Shekina Rose has already put this into words. There are so many ways to say the same thing. Imagine humanity all over this planet, asking for the same thing? The Universe cannot refuse because WE as a SPECIES are calling it forth. What we believe is what we create. Let us all join together in LOVE to bring LOVE to this planet especially with Valentine’s Day being here for extra support.

When I am upset or angry, I use my “F” words which are FEAR or FAITH. Which one do I choose? I cannot have both at the same time. This has helped me tremendously at that moment. And….I feel a little naughty using the “F” word which makes me laugh at myself and the situation.

~I Had A Heart Attack…~
That’s what they told me at the Motion Picture Home the day after I awoke with chest and back discomfort from the night before. They had done an EKG and the computer’s words were: Likely to have experienced a mild heart attack. My reaction was interesting: I didn’t believe them. “That’s appropriate,” the doctor said with kindness, “We all go into a little denial.”
And that was what made me plunge from knowing into fear, and out of what I really knew.

I couldn’t get in to see my cardiologist until the next day, and if I hadn’t had the tools, I would not have dealt with this as well. As it was, my blood pressure rose just at the THOUGHT of not being well. Hmmm. I have never been a good patient. I am too IMpatient! No time to stay in bed and frankly, no desire. So I did what I am urging you to do.

The Work.

Every time I felt myself spiraling out into Feardom, I made myself focus on the Four Cornerstones:

1) Was choosing fear loving myself? Obviously no. Although in some private sessions I have done, their definition of love WAS to stay in fear so they could defend and protect themselves. Be sure you are owning the highest definition.

2) Was I in the present moment? Hell no! I was deathly afraid of the future.

3) Was I remembering I am my own creator, and stating and directing what I want: health, energy, flow, balance? Uhhhh, no.

4) Was I holding love and trust for all energy? Did I absolutely know that all energy was supporting me, guiding me, helping to create the desires of my heart?

That wasn’t possible, because I was in fear. None of the cornerstones were possible, because I was in too much fear.
But by asking these simple questions, I brought myself OUT of fear. I was able to recognize how I had left creating me, and through choosing to objectively ask these questions, could move back into creation.

The next day at the cardiologist, an interesting piece of information emerged: my electrical system works “backwards.” It is in opposition to how most people’s electrical system works. So the machine didn’t know how to read it: it read it as abnormal. The first doctor had no previous EKG to compare it to, so he made a decision, based on “most people,” what is correct.

We are going to explore this news about the electrical system, and information that is coming through about it again. It is resurfacing in expansion for our continued understanding. So next Monday’s eblast will delve into the full meaning of what we are to know.
But for now, I want you to walk away knowing that the Four Cornerstones are what kept me in Conscious Creation and kept my electrical/emotional systems from spiraling out of control.

That is what we are being urged to practice every moment now: to authentically and actively take the information and tools we know and LIVE them. Remember, you are the power that always gets to choose, in every moment, love or fear. It really is that simple.
