FALL EQUINOX & PEACE

Beloved,

Do you know what EQUINOX means and how we can use this energy that is here to help us? Tomorrow begins the first day of Fall, the Fall Equinox.  Here are some suggestions as to how we can use this energy. Just being aware of these meanings will help you recognize and use the opportunities that are arising.

Starting today, our kids are showing all of us how to promote peace and actually feel it. For just 10 days, our kids are doing something we adults have had a hard time initiating. Let’s DO IT FOR PEACE.

Why wasn’t this covered by our media, it is such good news.  It is an example for the whole planet.  Peace can reign again, there is HOPE.

Here is another happening that was covered quite a bit by the news and yet they did not inform us of the wonderful outcome.  I remember watching this for quite a while on the news and was surprised when I read this article on the outcome.  Enjoy and Rejoice.

When I read this I became more aware of the disparity between the rich and the poor Not that there is disparity but HOW it is caused. The realization that the rich deliberately pay their employees an income that forces them to also be on tax funded assistance thus they make so much profit on their products while robbing the taxpayers who support the assistance by paying taxes and higher taxes than is really needed just so a billionaire can be even richer. Quite an eye opener.

I don’t want to leave you with this distaste in your mouth.  Here is something to make you smile….one hug at a time.

YOUR INNER LIGHT

Beloved,

Did you have a happy Fall Equinox or Solstice? The energies have been quite different than normal as we are gearing up for another boost of energetic frequency. . Although we had more fall weather in summer I am hoping it will be balanced with more summer weather in fall. What do you think?

This is the last weekend for my town’s farmer’s market. I will miss seeing all the vendors and what they offer. I bought some flowers last week and I was rewarded with quite a display when the flower petals began to shrivel. It was a huge beautiful rose purple flower, I could not smell any fragrance but it was spectacular. I kept it longer than I usually do and I was given such an axiom for human life. As the petals withered more and more together, the inner petals were opening up. I did not know that they were there or would open but one morning I looked and all I could see were these golden yellow petals in full bloom ,that I had no idea was even in the flower, exposing the seeds within. I had not seen any hint of yellow in this bloom before this and still cannot figure out how they hid as the flower had been as open as I thought it would get. It was one big round cluster of the rose purple petals with no hint that anything lay inside.

I was struck with the awareness that this flower was representing life as a human being. When we are born, we are shriveled much like the bud of this flower. As we open up to life, we are in vibrant health just like the vibrant color that this was. AS we get older, we start to get wrinkled much like the shriveling and drying of the beautiful petals. Then we reach an age where the wisdom of the ages appears in our hearts and minds just as the brilliant petals exposed themselves and allowed the seeds within to be exposed. The golden light appears as a beacon in appreciation for our inner beauty. I did not know the name of this flower so I asked the woman I bought it from. It is a Dahlia. Find one before the frost and be awed by what it represents just by being itself. Be yourself at all times and shine your light. You never know who is watching you and being inspired by your golden light.

This is for you if you have not heard the President’s talk given at the UN, I know I missed it but I am not sure how. It will give you a much needed boost as an American citizen, it did me.

Good afternoon,

Each and every year, the world’s leaders gather in New York for a session of the United Nations General Assembly. Earlier today, President Obama spoke to them directly in an address that warrants the attention not only of those leaders, but of all Americans. It was clear, candid, and compelling. The President talked about the world as it is, and the world as we all hope it can be.

The President said that, for all the hard-won progress we see in the world, there is also what he today called a “pervasive unease.” http://www.whitehouse.gov/blog/2014/09/24/choosing-hope-president-obama-s-address-united-nations?utm_source=email&utm_medium=email&utm_content=email372-text1&utm_campaign=foreignpolicy

A deadly Ebola outbreak ravaging West Africa, Russian aggression in Ukraine, and the group of medieval murdering terrorists known as ISIL, which, left unchecked, could pose a growing threat beyond the region — including our homeland.

So when President Obama addressed the leaders of more than 140 nations this morning, he posed two fundamental questions that will help define both the world’s future and our own: Can the major powers set aside their differences and meet their responsibilities as leaders? And can the world reject the cancer of violent extremism?

The President knows the answer is yes — if we make it so. The way he answers these questions is an important illustration of the principles we stand for as Americans, and a window into the future we look to help build. See what he had to say

He described the compelling need for a global response to global issues. For fighting violent extremism requires a broad coalition of nations willing to stand up for their citizens, and unite against those who seek to “divide us among fault lines of tribe or sect, race or religion.”

Defeating this extremism means defeating its false promise, instead embracing the real promise we see in the Middle East: investing in civil society and in the groups and people who are rejecting hate and division in favor of peace and tolerance.

In the past 20 months, I’ve traveled more than 550,000 miles through 55 countries. I have touched down in Iraq and Jeddah to focus on defeating the threat that ISIL poses. I’ve flown to Kiev and stood in the Maidan to reaffirm our commitment to supporting Ukraine’s efforts to shape their own future and make their democracy a success. I’ve worked with the leaders of Afghanistan to help secure the gains for which so many Americans have sacrificed so much over the past 13 years.

From Kabul to Cairo and Beijing to Juba, here’s what I can tell you: The world’s nations have more in common than sometimes we realize — particularly at a time when every turn seems to present a new danger. Everywhere I’ve gone, no matter how precarious the society or volatile the situation, I have seen the “longing for positive change” that our President spoke of today.

The United States, he said, “will never shy away from the promise of this institution, and its Universal Declaration of Human Rights — the notion that peace is not merely the absence of war, but the presence of a better life.”

Nearly six years into his presidency, President Barack Obama is as committed as ever to the potential of that promise to light the world. And he’s right. And that is precisely why we are taking action against immediate threats wherever they threaten our security at the same time we work towards a world in which those threats will one day be replaced by opportunity.

This is a speech you need to hear from the President himself. Watch the whole thing below, and please make sure you pass it along to someone else who needs to see it.

Onwards,

This video made me laugh just listening to them.

I watched this particular Dr. Oz show and it gives much info and the opportunity to send a message to the President of our desires for healthy food. Place your vote where he will definitely be aware of it.

After this video, it will feel good to say HOOPONOPONO, a Hawaiian prayer. I love that it has been put to song. It is very catchy and easy to sing along with.

Have a heartwarming day and keep smiling and maybe even sing the Hawaiian song.
