GOOD NEWS!

Who says that good deeds go unrecognized?  This week, there are so many “good” things that are in the news that I am having a hard time picking the best among them.  To me, no deed, even the most simple goes unrecognized even if the “giver” does not know that he/she was seen. Isn’t it great that it is becoming everyday unknown news about all the good in this world. I believe that we deserve to know about all the good the way we know all about the negative.  Paper news and TV news, can you hear us? Then maybe, just maybe, our youth will have something to model instead of all the heavy and dark news that we are now receiving. Enjoy feeling good about humanity after reading these known “good deeds”.

Here is a very small effort to achieve a miracle to a young boy and his family and who knows who else is watching.  What a model this story is.

Notice the different ages for the giver and receiver.

Isn’t this what we wish to see and feel in our world.

I can’t say that I have the faith and love that she has for bees.  Yet she is using her gift to help the bees and the humans who benefit from the bees’ gifts.

There are just so many “good deeds” that I really am having a problem choosing which ones to send you.  Sooo, I am putting them all on my newsletter and perhaps I can choose among them.  Help?????/

Notice how another gorilla took the mother’s role in taking care of the new orphan.  If animals can do it without being told to, why cannot we humans do it?  WE DO but it is unnoticed and not on the news outlets.

I managed to reduce this newsletter to 7 experiences and I hope this good and happy feeling blows you away.

GRATITUDE!

Happy Thanksgiving! Here’s hoping that your day had many reasons for your gratitude. I am sharing these stories of how and why we are grateful. Enjoy and know that I am also very grateful for you.

In continuing this theme, check this out.  You can now use vending machines (giving machines) to donate to the less fortunate. This is such a beautiful story about the Hero Dog of the year. There are so many reasons for our gratitude and he is an example of high standard.

Just when we find a fantastic new invention for the wheel, another lightening bulb opportunity comes along for this bright idea for the tires that we throw away.  Hurray for mankind and his/her inventions.

Every time I look at a bee, I am so grateful that they are here on Earth.  They are the reason we have the food we have and also the amount of vegetation that they produce and reproduce. Look and see how they survived being buried alive.

CELEBRATION

Happy 4th of July.  It is not until next Thursday but we all know it will start this weekend because people just cannot wait to make noise. Let us keep in mind that the loud noise that comes from fireworks disturbs a lot of people and also animals.  Keep your animals in the house for the next week unless you are outside with them. My heart goes out to all of our outside animals like rabbit, birds, ducks, etc. who still have their young to take care of but all of this noise scares them into hiding. Let us enjoy the holiday with more awareness of the beings who share the planet with us.

I will celebrate with Whitney Houston’s “One Moment in Time”. It brings me back in time and yet gives me hope for the future.

I also want to share with you some laughter and this one made me laugh out loud.

Being a woman, this is one solution I never thought of when it comes to caretaking a child.

I have been so concerned and worried about our bees but here is a solution that will revolutionize the Bee and Honey Industry.  They are invaluable to us humans as they are the beginning of our food chain that we desperately need for existence but the chemicals that we put on our plants and flowers kill our food suppliers. Check out this solution. I bet you never thought of this.
