READY FOR THE RIDE OF YOUR LIFE?

The New Moon Eclipse yesterday has set in motion much energy that will give you the opportunities to either end certain cycles in your life or begin new ones that have been calling to be created. Your DNA is responding to all of these changes. Here is an explanation of possible symptoms that may be confusing you. I always thought ascension would feel like being lifted into heaven. This is true yet we are here to bring Heaven to Earth not the other way around. AS a human, we do not like change and would prefer to be complacent in our habits; albeit, exercise, diets, choices, etc. These are more comfortable but how pleased and happy we are when we lose weight, become stronger physically and mentally and emotionally or show growth in any way even academically. Get ready for the ride of your life because it has begun and you and I will look back on this time as the catalyst for change in our lives and on Planet Earth.

The energies we are in for the next month are monumental. It can be quite confusing and this talk explained what is going on in simple terms that even I could understand. I am so fortunate to be living in human form at this particular time. Guess what? We all chose to reincarnate at this time to help Earth with her ascension and to be part of the future Earth which will bring Joy to all hearts.

Why are we always trying to fix someone else, trying to get them to think or act just like us? The beauty of humanity is its diversity. You only need to remember that the only person you need to be aware of is yourself. This message from Abraham is a good reminder for me to let go of trying to help or advise others, especially my children and become a good student of what makes my heart sing. If humanity would do that then we would have a very happy Earth. Heaven on Earth.

You’re not ever going to teach them how to vibrate, nor would you want to change them all to a place of vibrating just like you. Your work is not to fix them; they are not broken. Your work is to choose from among all of that which feels best to you, and fixate on it as long as it gives you pleasure and joy. And in doing so, you will align with the Energy of your Source, and you will live a magnificent experience. You just have to not let your joy depend upon what anybody else is living, cause that’ll get you every time.

To my amazement, this surprised me as I heard Bing Crosby’s voice come out of Fallout4 which I had never even seen before nor did it appear to be anything I would be interested in clicking on. The message is great and it is good to be surprised when you make a judgement which turns out not to be what you expected. Hang on and you will hear Cole Porter who also carries a great message and reminder. Messages come when you least expect them, so pay attention. Actually I love to be surprised because I pay more attention to what I am seeing or hearing. I know that it was meant just for me and just for this particular time in my life. Synchronicity!

WHICH DO YOU CHOOSE?

Does it seem possible or even feel possible that this is the last weekend of August. Some of our children are already back in school. When I was a kid, it felt like summer went by in a twinkling of an eye and this summer feels the same. Maybe I am going through my second or third childhood? The change of the seasons is a reminder to me that I do not like change except when spring comes.

I am still jumping in the lake for a swim and a cool down. I know next weekend, the beach will start to be cleaned up, giving up its raft for the kids to swim to. The flotations will be removed which keep the boats at bay, away from the swimmers. In one week it will start to feel like fall is here and I am not ready. At least the dock will stay out for at least another month, I hope. The hummingbirds are fattening up for their yearly trek so my feeders are quite busy, at least for another week or two. Most of the birds born this year are now becoming teenagers and learning to fend for themselves. The golden finches are the last to mate and the last to grow up; they are still chasing the parents with their mouths open and chirping up a storm. Of course, they do not migrate so they still have more time to grow up.

The regular ducks have become regular visitors to my beach. I so enjoy watching them and I have missed seeing their babies when they were little, maybe next year. There is one little tree across the lake which is always the first to turn colors and it has already started. This little tree stands out and is quite a marker. All of this is a reminder for me to really appreciate and enjoy what is here now, right in this moment. I really do try to remind myself to be right here, right now.

I know this is the time of feminine power as shown even in our politics and even the Catholic Church. Yet this article shows just what disaster can bring about. The rising populace of peace keeping is now becoming female.

Two dichotomies, two polar opposites. We are, after all, a planet of dualities. This is a nice reminder that we actually have choice.

What an inspiration this town is for our planet, such solidarity among neighbors who thought only of their neighbors and did something about it. One thing that hatred does not realize is that its actions bring MORE love to the planet, not less. When I see the workings of the people who do such dastardly deeds, I see only the LOVE that it brings out among so many other people. Their deeds bring more love to the planet which is the opposite of what they are trying to do with their hate filled actions.

This really inspired me. I thought of all the beautiful moments that I have experienced and wished I had taken pictures of for me to look at when I would feel blue. THE BEAUTY OF OUR EARTH

It amazes me how often I am surprised by things that happen on the lake, especially since I have been here 20 years. Do you remember last week when I said I would just take my kayak out a little ways to be rocked by the boat waves on Sunday because it would be too hot to kayak? Well, I kept watching the lake and to my surprise although there were many boats on the water, they were not speeding around or even going anywhere. They were all congregated in the middle of the lake just sitting there. But…..the people on the boats were diving into the water and swimming around. They were having a grand time visiting with each other in the water. I have never seen that before. The air was so hot and humid that even the wind from being on the boat was too hot. It was much cooler in the water than they could get by being on the boat. I, myself, went into the water twice that day just to get my body cooler.

It feels to me that that day was the peak of summer and now the temperature and the humidity are easing their way out. I know it is the middle of August but it just feels so much like fall weather is right around the corner. Boy, summer is so much shorter than the other seasons. I am very grateful that I am not in the California fires or in the floods that are raging.

I am sure the planets and the sun are causing these different weather patterns. There is a full moon and a lunar eclipse which is the first of three that will be affecting earth in this next month. I am not an astrologer and neither do I follow my horoscope yet my spirit knows that the planet, climate change and also myself are affected by the movement that occurs in the entire universe.

DEPTH, BEAUTY, AND POWER

Dear Spiritual Partner,

I am always amazed by the depth, beauty, and power of people. I see these things often at our events, and they thrill me. Last month at our first urban Journey to the Soul retreat, a large, beautiful, black woman stood to speak. She was big in size, voice, and presence, but she was trembling and struggling to find her voice. A previous sharing about loss had activated a frightened part of her personality, a part deep in terror, pain, rage, and humiliation. She spoke haltingly. “I am fed up with it. I am sick of being afraid. I am so tired of fearing the police. How many more of my black friends will be arrested, beaten, or killed?” She was sobbing with despair and rage and powerlessness. “Everyone I know who is black fears being stopped by the police. The police always have a reason. Its driving while black. Or breathing while black.” Now her whole body was shaking, and her face was wet with tears. She held to the back of a chair to remain standing. “I am fed up!” she struggled to say again. “FED UP!” Then she seemed to physically grasp herself and said in a different voice. “A frightened part of my personality is fed up. It has had enough. Enough!”

The transformation was palpable. Before she was speaking from a frightened part of her personality. Now she was talking about it. She was present again. Her shaking stopped, but her face was still wet. This strong woman was an executive in a multinational corporation. And she was black, terrified of the police, and had had enough. I could see her centering herself, scanninginterior places for painful physical sensations, and deciding not to act on them more. This was a moment of creating authentic power. It was intimate and heroic. As she moved beyond the fear of beatings and bullets, beyond the control of this part of her personality, she entered a courageous, compassionate, and caring part of her personality, and we all moved with her.

Another woman on the other side of the room stood up. She was small and blonde. “I am the wife of a cop,” she said. “My husband is not like that. I feel what you are saying, but he is not like that.” There we were, all of us, courageously experiencing the ragged tear in our country and in our world without the anesthetics of righteousness and rage. It took courage, because creating authentic power always does. It requires challenging painful frightened parts of your personality that are so strong they shake your body or so beguiling they envelop you in blaming. These two souls did neither. They cultivated loving parts of their personalities, the big black woman and the white wife of the white cop.

Our dear friend, Maya Angelou, often said, “We are more alike than we are different.” She was so right. We are all immortal souls learning how to love in the Earth school, in the domain of the five senses, in the realm of right and wrong, gain and loss, good and bad. This requires creating authentic power, and we all witnessed a moment of that creation, one of myriad moments in the life of each individual who is growing powerful – aligning personality with soul.

Can you challenge the frightened parts of your personality and cultivate the loving parts of your personality like these two women did and do? Can you create authentic power?

Yes, you can.
