SMILE AT THE GOOD NEWS

I am sitting here giggling and chuckling. I did not watch the Super Bowl as I never watch sports. Sooo, this morning on Good News Network, there was an email with 13 of the Best Super Bowl Ads. The title was: In case you missed them.  I decided to check them out as I had never even heard of them let alone watched them. I have to admit that some of them were stupid, but so stupid they made me laugh. I am still smiling as I think of some of them.  Sooo, in case you missed them, I am passing them along to you. Smile with me.

What a way to start Friday morning, there is more to smile at then it being the last day of the work week. Check out what our youngsters are all about.  This will also make you smile.

There have been so many hullabaloos about the virus from China, I wish to share some good news so you don’t get too panicked about it.  I am sympathetic to all who are suffering and I wish to give hope to those who are responding with fear. Check this out.

It means the numbers are the same going forward or backward.  It happens once every century.  February’s theme is RENEWAL.  Let’s keep this theme in mind all month long as you renew yourself in all areas of your life. GROWTH PERIOD

After watching this video (which is not long), I came to the realization that we all have stories and we are always telling them to others.  I belong to a Pitch League and even when we are playing the game, we are sharing stories.  But….which ones are we telling ourselves.  You and I can change the tone of our stories and keep them on the positive side because you will feel whatever you are saying even if it happened 10 years ago.  How many times do you keep yourself in anxiety when whatever it was that happened has already been solved and no longer exists except where you are focusing on it?  I found this to be a good reminder.

Are you in a “Growth Period”?  Do you know what a Growth Period is?  Well, I was curious because “things have been upside down” lately.  Just when I think I have it all together or have all the answers, life proves to me again that I don’t.  Give a listen to this:

I so hope that Canada shares this secret with the US.  We are having so much to do about plastic bags and they have already solved the problem which also includes saving trees.  Take a look.

Eckhart Tolle gives us a humorous conception of creative manifestation.  You create every day but sometimes do not recognize it as creation.  You actually create your day, create your meals, create your recreation, etc. but do not relate it to creative manifestation.  As you realize it, it will be wonder to your life and also joy.  You are quite the creator.

CALMING DOWN THE MIND

I am up tight and concerned about a new Mini-Split heating system I purchased as it is making noises that are preventing me from falling asleep.  Once I am asleep, I am OK.  I tried ear plugs but I never realized that I wear a hearing aid all day and then the ear plug all night and my ear is not breathing so it started to get real itchy.  You can chuckle as you imagine me trying to scratch inside my ear with my hearing aid on. It is a Mitchubichi so it is neither cheap or a knock off.  It is supposed to be the best in the market but no one seems to be able to find the reason for the noise which varies in intensity.  This unit is supposed to be Whisper Quiet but it is definitely not that. I feel like all my training for accessing Inner Peace has been for naught because my brain is focused pn finding a remedy for this situation. You know that this is 2020 and all you fear or have not dealt with will come up so you can take another look.  I feel I am being given another opportunity to face some fears I must still have about noises in the night. I am supposed to be grateful for the chance but I need to be honest and tell you it sucks.  In my heart, I know that this will pass but I am trying to calm down and allow my I AM PRESENCE to take over. In my search for this peace and tranquility, I have come across a song that I think we all know but it is done in such a way that it is calming.  I wish to share it with you in case you get into this quandary.  It will help your brain find some peace.

As I was searching for other inspirational material to fill my mind so it would stop obsessing, I came across Eckhart Tolle and this inspired and humorous reminder.

As I am looking for the bigger picture, what appears before me is a talk addressing that very subject by Patricia Diane Cota-Robles. It is a short video of 10 minutes and well worth the listen.

Guess what?  After sharing all of these hints to you, I guess I took my own advice because I am feeling much calmer after listening to the above links.  In fact, this one definitely made me smile and reminded me of the love that is flowing all around me and you.
