ARE YOU LOVING YOURSELF?

Happy Friday the 13th Happy Valentine’s Day tomorrow

This is a powerful time for you to be aware of who you are. These two days will bring you loving and positive energy to fully accept who you are now and where you came from. You are indeed the Beloved Ones. Love yourself first and this energy will just ooze out of you to humanity and the rest of creation. Shekina Rose has already put this into words. There are so many ways to say the same thing. Imagine humanity all over this planet, asking for the same thing? The Universe cannot refuse because WE as a SPECIES are calling it forth. What we believe is what we create. Let us all join together in LOVE to bring LOVE to this planet especially with Valentine’s Day being here for extra support.

When I am upset or angry, I use my “F” words which are FEAR or FAITH. Which one do I choose? I cannot have both at the same time. This has helped me tremendously at that moment. And….I feel a little naughty using the “F” word which makes me laugh at myself and the situation.

~I Had A Heart Attack…~
That’s what they told me at the Motion Picture Home the day after I awoke with chest and back discomfort from the night before. They had done an EKG and the computer’s words were: Likely to have experienced a mild heart attack. My reaction was interesting: I didn’t believe them. “That’s appropriate,” the doctor said with kindness, “We all go into a little denial.”
And that was what made me plunge from knowing into fear, and out of what I really knew.

I couldn’t get in to see my cardiologist until the next day, and if I hadn’t had the tools, I would not have dealt with this as well. As it was, my blood pressure rose just at the THOUGHT of not being well. Hmmm. I have never been a good patient. I am too IMpatient! No time to stay in bed and frankly, no desire. So I did what I am urging you to do.

The Work.

Every time I felt myself spiraling out into Feardom, I made myself focus on the Four Cornerstones:

1) Was choosing fear loving myself? Obviously no. Although in some private sessions I have done, their definition of love WAS to stay in fear so they could defend and protect themselves. Be sure you are owning the highest definition.

2) Was I in the present moment? Hell no! I was deathly afraid of the future.

3) Was I remembering I am my own creator, and stating and directing what I want: health, energy, flow, balance? Uhhhh, no.

4) Was I holding love and trust for all energy? Did I absolutely know that all energy was supporting me, guiding me, helping to create the desires of my heart?

That wasn’t possible, because I was in fear. None of the cornerstones were possible, because I was in too much fear.
But by asking these simple questions, I brought myself OUT of fear. I was able to recognize how I had left creating me, and through choosing to objectively ask these questions, could move back into creation.

The next day at the cardiologist, an interesting piece of information emerged: my electrical system works “backwards.” It is in opposition to how most people’s electrical system works. So the machine didn’t know how to read it: it read it as abnormal. The first doctor had no previous EKG to compare it to, so he made a decision, based on “most people,” what is correct.

We are going to explore this news about the electrical system, and information that is coming through about it again. It is resurfacing in expansion for our continued understanding. So next Monday’s eblast will delve into the full meaning of what we are to know.
But for now, I want you to walk away knowing that the Four Cornerstones are what kept me in Conscious Creation and kept my electrical/emotional systems from spiraling out of control.

That is what we are being urged to practice every moment now: to authentically and actively take the information and tools we know and LIVE them. Remember, you are the power that always gets to choose, in every moment, love or fear. It really is that simple.

LOVING YOURSELF

So far, the winter in this valley has been easy to navigate because we have not had much snow. We are expecting a northeaster tomorrow but probably only up to 6 inches. It is ironic because both storms will be on a Saturday which prevents me from going to Church. I travel three quarters of an hour to get to my Church (Sacred Heart on Chestnut Street in Springfield, Ma) because I feel full when I leave there. I am fortunate that being retired, I have more time to focus on my Spirituality without the worldly distraction but that one half hour a week when I join my energy with others is very fulfilling. We were not meant to be alone and this is a way of joining like energy with like energy.

I mentioned it to my son this morning and he said: Don’t worry, Mom, God will forgive you”. It made me realize that even my children do not realize that I go to Mass because I CHOOSE to not because I HAVE to. There is a big difference in doing something because you enjoy it and you receive a blessing of good energy and/or doing something out of guilt or trepidation. I don’t believe God is up there with a hammer just waiting for us to mess up. Mother/Father God loves us too much and gave us this beautiful world and each other to enjoy life. Church or Mass is simply a gathering of people who are celebrating getting together and sharing loving energy. It is a get together, a communion of like souls who share a common bond, a Love of God, Jesus, Mother Mary, the Saints, and all the loving energy from oodles of people who share or shared that unfathomable LOVE. I wonder how many other souls are still in the dark ages of long ago when everything was considered a sin. Even Mary Magdalene has been vindicated by the Catholic Church and called the Apostle of the Apostles. Hey, we all pray to the same God even if we have given God a different name. If you had a different name, would you still be the same person?

I know that cops are not in the news much anymore but this shows just how much the cops are like teenagers or normal people. OLD VERSUS NEW

All the people who enjoy the benefits of living in the Northeast with its winter and cold temperatures are quite happy right now. This past week brought the strength of thick ice to the region so there has been a lot of ice fishing and creating skating rings. I do not venture out on the ice but I so enjoy watching others have fun, it is contagious. While the ice fisherman’s needs are easily met, if you wish to ice skate then most of the time, the snow has to be shoveled to bare the ice below. I watched perhaps 5 different skating rinks being created so the kids could skate (where are the adults?). Most of them were not used very long and it seemed it just was more fun to shovel and create it then to use it. Yet one was used for quite a few hours. The dad kept shoveling to make it bigger and bigger so that the child would have more room to get up a running start before she could enjoy gliding on the snow. At one point, she was having one heck of a good time just going as fast as she could and then allowing her body to plop on the snow that was on the edge. She really enjoyed the fruits of her father’s labor. Until this particular day, it never occurred to me that most people have more fun shoveling and creating the rinks rather than using them. They were probably too pooped or too cold to enjoy skating on it. Right now, the snow has melted into ice so it will be real interesting to see what this weekend brings. Two days ago there were 3 children and an adult and they used the beached summer raft to sit on to put on and take off their skates. It does make a good sitting area and it is quite close to the ice which makes it easier for the smaller ones to get to skate.

Patricia Cota-Robles sent out this personal email and as I watched and listened to this offering, peace enveloped me. We all know that it is the time of the Divine Feminine to return and join the Divine Masculine and bring in the 5th dimension with all its possibilities of returning to Unconditional LOVE. I have said the regular rosary for most of my life and although this is different, it is quite similar and the energy it brings to the heart is exactly the same as what we are used to feeling and yet it is for everyone who wants to partake. At least listen and watch it once to see what if “feels” like. I so admired the music that accompanied it and the video is also quite inspiring. Many souls gave their particular gift to create this and I am grateful for their sharing.

What a concept this is. Can you just imagine if every fast food restaurant offered this opportunity? For the price of a dollar which is even less than a tip you would leave, all adults and children who need food would be able to eat, feel cared for, thought about and feel better about themselves. When they were able to, then they could pay it forward. What a concept of sharing that everyone can participate in without feeling overburdened or less than. Our brothers and sisters who live far away give us an insight and a deep appreciation for what we have here. Although I am so proud of a person’s creativity and ability to help those who have less, part of me had the feeling that what they already had was more valuable that what they were being given. Their bodies still responded to the natural light of day and night, their families were much closer with each other than we are, that they as a community were more willing to share with each other, that being “civilized like us” meant losing the closeness of family and friends and the real energy of Mother Nature who our bodies respond to with much more health and wellbeing. Then when I saw them using cell phones, I was shocked. Could it be that I am responding with nostalgia for what we as a nation of families used to have before technology took over all of our spare time and our communication with each other and now the family ties that are not what they used to be. I am chuckling now and I guess I am showing my age where we long for what used to be. I am looking forward to the future as we take the good that we had and transform it into an even better energy where all will be taken care of and that love will surround each and every communication we have with each other.

Bridge between 3rd and 5th dimension? Is this why there is nostalgia for what was because I am mourning the bridge that was always there. I know I have always been able to see both sides of any story so perhaps now that ability will no longer be needed while I am gaining the freedom and permission to be who I am really meant to be with no restrictions while allowing all to be who they are with no need to soothe or be a peace maker? After all, peace is here and all I need to do is recognize that everyone is unique and entitled to their own perception without the need for me to be the interpreter in the middle. Everyone will simply accept each other with no need to be like the other one and that is OK. This is what I have always known and I thought was needed to soothe both sides to attain peace. With no “sides” an interpreter is no longer necessary as all are accepted and loved for just who they are. Hooray, I like that concept.

This inspires me. Imagine the children of this new world and what they are capable of. The young can teach the elders in ways we cannot imagine right now.
