We have had another four day heat wave but we are still surviving.  This summer has been so severe that it is all people are talking about and feeling. Earth has set new records for heat and rain.  I consider myself fortunate as I have not had to suffer hurricanes, floods or the fires. How about you?  How are you feeling?  I just now realized how down I was feeling so I clicked on the last link in this newsletter and feel so much happier now.  It is amazing what smiling or laughing does for your outlook. Try it, you will like it.

Kryon has given us the choices we may face in the future.  At least there are choices as we always have free will choices.  I was hoping it was a recording as I prefer to listen instead of read.  But because I have great trust in Kryon, I proceeded to read it even if it was long.  The reading was easy and it went quickly so, if you choose, there is a lot of valuable information here for you.

I remember feeling like this the first time I physically went to the ocean.  I have not lost the wonder or love of the ocean and I feel like I need to go at least once a year to recalibrate my heart and soul with the rhythm of the waves.  This is a good reminder of how we all feel when we are touched to our core by nature.

Hooray for Starbucks and its crew.  What a light they have shown us and now all we have to do is imitate them. Inspiration does not have to come only in a church because what is a church?  It is made up of people who feel love for God and each other.

This is what is in our future….the ability to create simply and cheaply.  Can you just imagine how our parents, who had no phone, no tv, and no computer would feel about this printer.  Would they consider it voodoo, magic, or simply not possible?  I have trouble reconciling it with my past so I can just imagine how they would they think. Our future is unimaginable yet is quickly coming into our reality.

I just had to send this one to you.  I bet you will not be able to stifle your own laughter as it is so contagious.  What joy you will feel. For this moment, this minute, you will feel like a child again.  After all, all we have is this minute. I wonder what would happen if stores played this over their intercom.  I am smiling just thinking of all the people looking at each other and laughing.  It would be a good thing to go virile, earth would be a happier place  for all of us.

HONOR TO THE LABORERS

Happy Labor Day, thank you to all the laborers out there that make my life so much easier.

Are you hungering for world peace like I am?  UNIFY is offering all of us an opportunity to join with each other across this beautiful globe with the Campaign for world Peace from August 23 to September 23. This is a powerful month culminating with the World Peace Weekend 9-21 to 9-23.  There are many simple ways of sharing Peace, for instance smiling at those you meet in your daily life; whether it is at the grocery store, gas station, doctor’s office, etc.  Let’s make World Peace Day an everyday occurrence.

I had such a wonderful three day trip to Maine to visit with my special friend Barry Costa and his son, Anthony.  Barry creates websites and is a computer guru with an imagination that just won’t quit. He not only helped me with my website and answers my simple questions when I get confused with what this machine is trying to get me to do but he is a friend at the deepest level and caliber.  These two brought me to the ocean which I was craving to do and assisted me with my scooter which does not do well in sand but there was quite a walk on the sidewalk to get to the beach.  I am laughing now as I remember myself feeling like a crab as I kept moving the chair he had brought for me to sit and put my feet in the refreshing and renewing ocean water.  He had brought me to the ocean at high tide so I would not have to walk far to reach the water but as it kept receding, I would take me chair and scoot to the water.  I really felt like a crab and probably looked like one too. It was a joy to watch father and son water boarding on the waves; they are quite good at it. I feel the need to return to the ocean at least once a year so my heart beat can match up with the rhythm of the ocean. It’s like being a clock that needs to be rewound.

I was treated like royalty the whole weekend.  They wouldn’t even let me make myself a cup of tea, they were always serving me.  I was even sent home with homemade chicken noodle soup which Barry knows I love and he makes it gluten free for me. I was also treated to a breakfast made for a queen.  Fresh blueberry pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and toast with raspberry jelly that Anthony had made from his jaunt to pick  fresh.raspberries. Yummy.  The best part?  I did not eat alone like I do at home, the company made the food even more delectable. What an adventure. I wish this experience for all of you on this journey of life.

I want to leave you with a smile on this beautiful Labor Day celebration. Labor Day honors the laborers that make our lives easier so this is quite apropos.

FULL MOON SMILES

We had a taste of fall last night, 50 degrees; I even turned the heat back on in my bathroom just so I could take a shower and not freeze when the warm water stopped.  I shut the heat off after I was dressed.  Of course, being New England, there is a heat wave coming in a few days too.  We New Englanders used to take pride in being very flexible when it came to the weather.  As the saying goes: “If you live in New England and do not like the weather, wait just a minute and it will change”.  Have you noticed that the weather is erratic all around the globe now?  The weather is sure making all of us be flexible and not so set in our ways.

Even our  food combinations  are changing.  All of this change will keep our brains young as we cannot be complacent any longer.

It takes only a moment to make someone smile.  Here are a couple of ways that have already occurred.   #1    #2   Can you just imagine a world where we see these things happening?  We all would go out in the world more often just to join all these smiling people.

This article was a great reminder to me of this old standby that I take for granted.  All the new chemical creations have almost eradicated the knowledge and use of this old standby which does not contaminate and is easy on the budget.  I thought I would share this with you as another  tool we always had but had forgotten about.

Speaking of chemicals and new creation,  read this  so you can protect yourself and your family. Monsanto is finally being exposed for the harm it has created and it is only the tip of the iceberg.
