THE GLORIES OF FREEDOM

Happy Memorial Day!  To start this newsletter, I would like to share an email and video that epitomizes the freedom, the lightness and the joy that has occurred yearly for 20 years. It is quite the example of what Memorial Day is all about.  This is quite the anniversary and it definitely will make you smile.

I was so hoping to see the blood moon lunar eclipse but no such luck.  Thanks to the photography abilities today and also the internet for sharing the actual occurrence, you and I get to see the pictures that are different from one another but beautiful to see.  We now can see what is happening around our beloved planet and it is a joy to behold.

This week has been filled with the news and information about our animals and air creatures who share this beautiful planet with us. This particular email shares so much about our country symbol, the eagle.  Perhaps it was so interesting to me because I do have eagles on my lake but I do not know where they are nesting, somewhere down near the end of the lake. Now I have more info about the habits of them which includes their young. I hope you find this interesting and every time you see an eagle, you will be aware of what an exciting bird you are seeing.

This story is one about a hero who does not claim he is one. He is such an example of why we have the freedom in our country that we do. He is so humble but all true heroes are humble.  I thought you would enjoy his story and know just how fortunate we are to live in the country we do.

Here is a story of another hero even if who he saves is called “The unluckiest Swan”.  It is amazing how each of us is actually a hero too because we each are given opportunities to help our planet and all of its creatures including us human.  Do you ever wonder if perhaps we have star people who “save” us?  I call them angels whoever they are. We have all experienced episodes in life that we are made aware of just how fortunate we are for having avoided a calamity.

WESAK VS PENTECOST

 Spring is here and one flower is prolific.  The lowly dandelion; that you either love or loath as it takes over the most cared for lawn.  It is a beautiful gold color so it brightens even the dreariest day. It reminds me of the Golden Finch, a golden bird whose male spends the winter being the color of the female, brown and suddenly it gradually turns completely yellow. I feed them and delight in their flitting about and spreading the golden feeling of joy all around the entire area. It is also a valuable nutrient that our body can use. Now, another use for it and you will shake your head in disbelief when you discover what dandelions can be used for besides delighting children who love to blow on them when they turn white.

 We are all concerned with pollution and the ways to offset its damage. Who would have thought that seaweed would be an extremely component of the solution?

 Who among you has never heard of a store called “Old Navy” that carries the best jeans you could ever want to wear?  Well, a young 7 year old had a question for the store and I applaud her for actually bringing to their attention, something that has bugged me for years. Women’s pants do not come with pockets! Somewhere along the line, the fashion industry decided that pockets would make us look fat so they did away with one of the most essential items in male and female clothing. Even my son could not understand my frustration.  He said: “Mom, you don’t need pockets, you have your pocket book”. That remark makes me even angrier.  WHY do we women have to carry everything but the kitchen sink in a heavy bag that eventually damages the strongest shoulders.  We women have been given the duty of carrying everything for everyone in our purses. How many men just casually ask their spouse or partner to put in their purse what they don’t wish to carry themselves? This young girl who has not been brainwashed yet brought the problem out in the public.  See how she handled it and the reply of Old Navy.  I sure hope this goes viral. 

 The simplest way to stem the tide of judgment of those with autism and their caretakers is to join forces with them.   Let us all read this and expand our compassion for the humans who cannot handle all the stress of everyday life. 

 The more you seek wisdom the more you realize that all beliefs are so similar that it is like a  precious recipe your family adores is also made by others but maybe with just a touch of a different spice. This is a very special week as it celebrates Buddha returning which is called “Wesak”. This week also celebrates Pentecost in the Catholic religion when the Light of Christ is showered down upon the masses. The more we try to be different the more we realize just how similar we are. My strong belief is that we are all one species on this planet Earth so please let our species be aware of our connection. Each species on Earth has its little differences like differences in color, size, nutrition needs but we are still only ONE species.

WARM MOTHER ENERGY COMES IN MANY FORMS

Happy Mother’s Day!  To all who carry the Divine Mother energies no matter your sexual frequency and share them so freely with other beings. I am so very grateful for all of you.

Both the Hummingbirds and the Baltimore Orioles are here. They came within one day of each other. I have been feeding the Orioles for at least 10 years but they gave me such a beautiful gift today. Have you ever heard birds sing and wonder which bird it is?  Well, this morning, while the oriole was feeding he kept whistling in between in each bite.  I have heard that sound so often but never knew which bird was singing it.  NOW I KNOW. I think he is looking for his mate because he keeps singing waiting for a return whistle. Thank you beautiful Oriole for such a wonderful Mother’s Day gift.

I usually read or listen to all the news before I send it to you, that is how I am guided as to which one to insert in my newsletter to you. This one is from Lee Carroll who channels Kryon and this month Alberto Villodo is also featured. It is not a quick 15 minute session so I do not have time to review it but I trust these beings and am looking forward to listening and enjoying what they are sharing.

Do you know someone with autism? It’s been around for quite a while so we should know all about it. Yet this short film created by the sister of a little boy explains it in such low key and subtle ways that it is more effective than all the medical journals written about this condition. This video should be shown to all the children who register for school.  What do YOU think?

This is the story of a “real” hero, a man who put his wife’s needs ahead of his ego. It will make you smile.

This will make you feel so good inside.  It is humanity sharing being human with the rest of the world. Life can be so simple and yet so other worldly. Just watching the video gave me such a warm feeling inside for my brothers and sisters who were there watching.
