INNOCENCE

Are you enjoying our brief time of “hot” weather?  It does give us an excuse to stay in the house with air conditioning or  go out into nature for relief. We have the same choice in the extremes of winter also. Twice a year, we get Mother Nature at her strongest display of the power of Nature. What amazes me is the ability of the human race to increase in its growth with its miniature size in comparison.

I begin each day by doing my prayer ritual and when I sit down to this computer, I read Father Richard Rohr’s daily meditation first.  He is a Franciscan priest who has spent most of his life giving good advice even if it SEEMED opposite to what Catholicism was teaching. He has made me think quite often of what I used to take for granted but now am being given another interpretation which fills my heart.

This particular meditation touched me so deeply that I felt I must share it with you so you may be touched by his wisdom. I cannot say enough about Fr Richard to convince you so I am going to share this particular talk with you, so you can see and hear for yourself.  ‘Innocence, Leaving the Garden‘.

LOVE AND HUMANITY

This week’s newsletter is quite a challenge for me.  There is so much good news that I am struggling to choose only six. I will keep some for next week that are not time sensitive. It is much better to have too much than not enough (of anything).

Since I am a senior, this really caught my attention.  Good news is always welcome so you can ask your doctor about the new things that are in our sphere. To be able to assist our memory and our physical fitness at the same time is a boon to humanity.  I am hoping we will hear more but you might enjoy this test that will give you a taste for the future.

Have you noticed that time doesn’t have the same frequency any longer? Time is different for each person and it doesn’t seem to coordinate with yours.  Appointment times get mixed up, either by you or the one you are trying to visit for whatever reason.  It can be frustrating when you are the one waiting while the other one is late.  Or it can be that you are rushing to your date as, for some reason, you are running late????  Jayme Price has a novel idea of how you can cope with the out of time phenomena.

What would you go through to find a cure for your beloved’s cancer? Read this and admire her stamina and also get a head’s up about a cure that might save someone you love.

What a son did for his mom. I bet that his love and support is what has kept her alive and kicking.

Be sure to watch the video on this site, it is all about giving CPR to an elephant.  Can you just imagine what these veterinarians have to know and do in order to take care of jungle animals?  Watch the video. You will never see this again.

Kryon by Lee Carroll is mind blowing. This is so affirming of the human race and our role on this planet. He gives us hope for our future.

MIRACLES DO COME TRUE

I have to admit that when I saw the picture of this hero, I had a bit of judgment rise up in me.  It was his dread locks; I think that is what they are called. I am not biased and was surprised when I felt that feeling.  I guess each of us has some bias within us.  I am so glad that I was proven wrong and it is something I want to release.

This story is proof that we should not judge any action or person.  The person who lost this ball had no idea that it would save any other person’s life. So when something happens that upsets you, just realize that you don’t know the true purpose of that encounter or tragedy.

I love stories that are proving that miracles really do exist.  I call the saving of this lamb a miracle and it makes my heart sing.
