Beloved,

I can’t believe that today is the first of December.  The days feel long but the months flew by and we are now in winter mindset.  I would like the winter to go by as quickly as the nicer weather did.  I guess what we resist, persists. I am doing my best to be more aware right in this moment.  I am getting better but there are many moments in a day that slip by me that I am unaware of.  When we are happy or content, the days feel like they fly but when we are unhappy, the days feel long.  Our minds are so creative yet we don’t realize when we are in a habit.  My new focus is to realize when I am thinking or feeling a negative thought and to change it right away to something more pleasing.  As I read this again for errors, I started to chuckle because it sounds like I am already starting to make my New Year’s resolutions. What more proof do I need that time flies.

Jill Renee Feeler had quite an interview with Cari Murphy.  She is downright open to the reality we are in and is very candid on a different interpretation of what it all means.

I can’t believe this new  invention.  It’s ingenious.  Check it out. It would be good to have on hand or in your car for emergencies.

I believe in miracles, do you?  Here is proof and I am in awe of the faith the parents had to have that produced this miracle of  LOVE.

I wish to end this Newsletter by honoring the first of December with Lee Harris’ video on Heart Energy.  He starts December with the idea of Bring Yourself to Life. Lee always inspires me yet this month’s message is an awakening about caring for yourself even as Life is a Mystery.
