The Star Elders used the phrase “spiritual resilience” in a very strong way to me today. May these two days combined bring sacredness back to the world in a higher form.

What an  inspiration  these girls are.  Let’s help this excellent viewpoint go viral.

It isn’t always the big sacrifices that make the news.  This is a small sacrifice that this bus driver made but what a huge impact it had. It was accomplished by an everyday person doing his everyday job.  What an impact all of us everyday people could make just by going a little beyond what is expected of us.  I have great hope for humanity even when all of the  “good” Samaritans  do not get recognitions for the small things they do.

If hummingbirds can come together and not fight, what an example of how humanity can put aside its normal habits and share their  joy with others.

GRANDPARENT’S DAY

Happy Grandparent’s Day

Every human on earth had or has grandparents.  Do you know yours?  If so, what a gift you have been given.  I never knew either set of my grandparents, they were deceased by the time I was born.   So I never got “spoiled” or felt the love that only a grandparent could give.  I was in my 50’s when I found a picture of my mother’s parents.  What a surprise that was.  We had always thought my first born son looked like his father, my husband. But when I received the picture, it was like looking at my own son. He was the spitting image of my grandfather, his great grandfather. Researching your ancestry is so revealing and fascinating. That is on my bucket list.

Who says grandparents can’t take care of themselves.  And… with such ingenuity.

Celebrate your grandparents.  There are some questions  for them included in this article if you would like a helping hand in getting to know them better. Do not be afraid to ask. Most grandchildren as so busy, the time you give to them is the greatest gift of all.

I have been having hummingbirds at my home for many years but have never seen this many sharing at one time.  Perhaps we could be like them and bury the hatchet to have some fun in the sun or snow.  The hummingbirds have left now and are migrating back to warmth.  I share this to  honor the joy  they give me while they are here.

UNUSUAL SIGHTS

It is September already, where has the summer gone? I think that is what we are all feeling. The sun is still out and we will still have some warm weather but this short cool spell is just a reminder of what is ahead weather wise.  Here I am grinning at myself as I am starting to plan unconsciously what I am going to put away as far as outside furniture and decorations.  I catch myself thinking that and then I realize that I am jumping too far ahead in time.  How are you being affected by this sudden change? The four ladies who swim across the lake every morning have had to change their pattern because of the cool nights which cool the water, many days they come after work now.  It is the warm nights that warm the lake water up but we have not had many of those.  The leader of my mermaids, as I call them, told me that the water in July was warmer than it was in August.

Let us say a prayer for the people who were affected by Hurricane Harvey.  In comparison, I have no complaints with our weather, just awareness of our good fortune to be where we are in this moment.  I have no words.  Thank you for the energy in all of its forms that you give to those affected.

Jamye Price is giving us an explanation of how we can combine the energies of August and September into a practice that will benefit not only us but the world. I am already trying to incorporate this practice into my daily life, will you join me?

It seems funny to me that the media did not publicize the death of Louise Hay who built the empire of Hay House Publications.  She was one of the spiritual teachers whose wisdom helped me along the path of my life. I am only one of millions that she affected and yet there is no publicity.  She is now in a more powerful place to share her light with those who are open to it. Thank you  Louise Hay  for all of the light and love you shared with us.

This wedding story blew me away and the pictures taken are the like of which have never been taken before.  Read this  story  and then go further into the  pictures  that share sights with you that you will not see anywhere else. Who says you have to have a traditional wedding.

I never thought of myself as a power grid but after reading what Brenda Hoffman has to say, it gave me a new perspective. It also gave me a new way to think of my personal power and how I am sharing it with others.

There was no way I could see that tiny being in the picture of the salad until I read the story to see what it was.  I have no idea how I would have reacted to that  situation  but her way of reacting was so honest and heartfelt.
