TRUTH CHILLING GIFT AND RADIO INTERVIEW

This has been an unusual week. I received an email from
a friend of a friend offering something precious that she
has kept for 38 years, it had been with her in all of her travels.
I will include the email here because I cannot describe it and
do justice to the way it was offered to me.

Email: Trish often speaks of you and how you wrote your
book..The Wounded Chalice. What an incredible journey
you embarked on!! Very courageous.

Several years ago, 38 to be exact, I worked with a
Portuguese immigrant named Carlos Martinho in his pottery
shop. He was born in Madagascar when it was a Portuguese
Imperial colony and was sent to back to Europe for
University. As art students, they talked about the evils
of government while they drank coffee and ogled the women.

All very Hemingway…and they imaged themselves expressing
their passion in great works of art.

Carlos, his wife and son came to Vancouver in 1971 and he
opened a shop in his basement. He was a good man, loving
husband and father and a passionate artist and very talented
with clay. He used a wheel, made his own molds and
sculpted with energy and enthusiasm. Unfortunately, his
health was poor and after suffering a collapse in 1973 his
family took him back to Europe and I’ve not heard of him
since.

He insisted that I have one of his “works”. And
I have, out of loyalty, taken it with me through my
life’s journey not really knowing why. It’s a
small dish of unusual design with a unique brown ceramic
glace, the result of making a mold of the original
sculpture. I know Carlos was extremely proud of the original
and felt it would make him famous.

After hearing about your book, when I look at the dish it
reminds me of a womb. I feel a driving need to offer you
the dish.

If you feel a connection to it please send me your address
so I can forward it on to you.

Love & stuff
Lynn

My reply: I am sitting here encased in chills, they are running
up and down my body. I call them truth chills

I am so honored that you would even think of me and
honored that you would gift me with such a valuable part of
your journey in this lifetime.

I am not a visionary so I cannot even imagine what it
looks like but I do know truth when I hear it. Your
beautiful Spirit has embued your devotion, loyalty and love
into this beautiful piece that was entrusted to you.

Now you are listening to Spirit again as you pass it
forward. Know that I will treasure it as you have all
these years.

I was taken aback that someone who had never even met me
would like me to have something so precious to her. I emailed her
back with my address and telling her how honored I would be to
be the recipient of such a treasure.

She lives in Canada and mailed it off to me. I received it three days
later. Any of you that have had correspondence from Canada know it
takes a lot longer than if it is mailed in the USA. What a miracle. In her
words when I told her I had received it was an astonished :”Someone
was looking after it”. I believe it was Spirit and it confirmed the feeling that
all if this was a MEANT TO BE special occasion

It came wrapped in cotton dishcloths that had been knitted by her
legally blind 83 year old friend. Another treasure. It was like Christmas
with all of the surprises.

I had no idea what to expect but it is simple but beautiful. She is right, the
brown glaze is such a shade that I had never seen before. It fits in my hand
perfectly, wider at one end and a spout like shape at the other. A womb
describes it so perfectly, right down to the color.

It also reminded me that perhaps my Asian brother and sisters might use it for
their tea or even sharing the Eucharistic Wine. It would hold tea so perfectly
and it would be so easy to sip the liquid while holding the “cup” in your
hand with no problems of spilling.

She mentioned that although she was being nudged for several months before
she had the courage to approach me with the offer (she was afraid I would laugh
at her and think her silly), she finally gathered her courage. Spirit was definitely
guiding her yet following the nudging is not always easy.

Where should I place such a treasure? It had to be a very special place.
I have an altar in my living room and within that sacred space I have a statue
of Archangel Raphael on a pedestal overlooking the room.

I was in a discount store one day and saw the statue but could not
figure out where in my home I could place a statue of that size
so I ignored the “little voice” prompting me to buy it. I went outside
but the voice kept insisting, I went back in and still did
not purchase it. I did this two more times before I finally purchased it.
The people in the store were laughing and chuckling at this woman
who kept going in and out.

I am mentioning this just to show how Spirit works even when we
try to ignore the nudging. We all have these “nudgings” yet it is not
always easy to follow them. When we do, a peace settles over us
and sometimes we find out “The Why” for the promptings.

The Statue of Archangel Raphael holds a chalice in his two hands
and the “womb” fit perfectly and felt like it belonged there. I was
guided to a crystal on my altar and, lo and behold, it was a Star Crystal
from Madagascar so I placed it in the womb. There are no accidents.

The Womb and the Chalice both hold the Blood of Life and they are
finally reunited. I have had so many truth chills about this episode
in my life.

While being an Exhibitor and a Speaker at the Natural Living Expo,
I was asked by the renown psychic Dr Kevin if he could interview me
on his radio show. There are tender moments and also lighthearted
moments and also an explanation of what happened when I asked
the medical profession for my womb to be returned to me after
the hysterectomy. Below is the link to that interview
if you would like to listen. The Title is :Through the Spiritual Lens.
