FIREWORKS IN THE SKY/ IS IT SANTA?

There are some exciting and energetic happenings in our world
in the upcoming days. Our skies will not only be seeing Santa
and his reindeer but our sun and moon are collaborating to
give us quite a spectacle. And…..the darkest day is soon to
pass and we will begin to see more daylight each day. It
doesn’t feel like the days are getting longer, at least for me.
But before you know it, the sunset is happening later and
later and it seems to happen overnight even though our
rational mind tells us it did not.

Here is more detailed info and also the times of the event.

Allison Rae > Solstice Moon

Allison Rae

A great moment of truth approaches. Over the next seven days,
our Sun aligns with the heart of the Milky Way Galaxy.
On Monday night, just hours before the Solstice, the Earth’s
shadow will cross the face of the Full Moon, collapsing time
in a dimensional portal of infinite possibility. Welcome to this
year’s Solstice. Standstill. Night of creation, ancient home.
The total eclipse of the Moon will be visible throughout the Americas.

Would you like to bring joy to a soldier who is not able to come
home for the holidays? Technology is making it easier and easier
to connect or communicate with people around the world. This
is a perfect example of the good that it does.

Xerox Christmas to our Troops! Please take a minute of your time!

XEROX IS DOING SOMETHING COOL

If you go to this web site, www.LetsSayThanks.com you can pick out a
thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier
that is currently serving in Iraq. You can’t pick out who gets it, but
it will go to a member of the armed services.

How AMAZING it would be if we could get everyone we know to send one!!!
It is FREE and it only takes a second.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful if the soldiers received a bunch of these?
Whether you are for or against the war, our soldiers over there need to
know we are behind them.

This takes just 10 seconds and it’s a wonderful way to say thank you.
Please take the time and please take the time to pass it on for others
to do. There’s still time. We can never say enough thank you’s.

Thanks for taking to time to support our military!

I know we all are busy either buying gifts or wrapping them
so I am keeping this short but I still wanted to share these
inspiring opportunities with you.

Love and Light,

REMEMBER !!!

Beloved,

This UTube video moved me to tears and also joy.
I know I already sent out my weekly newsletter
but I am being strongly guided to send this to
you today rather than waiting until the end of
the week. Notice the Mother, The Divine
Feminine resting her hands upon your
shoulder at the end.

This is taken from the Mayan Oracle Card Deck.

WAKING UP IS HARD TO DO

When I saw this video, I laughed all the way through,
but a strange thing happened. As I was watching, I
kept seeing the video in a different light. I kept thinking
about “waking up” in a whole different way. Having
an AHA moment is like waking up, you suddenly have
a different perspective about what was happening to you
a moment ago.

You are having a dream and all of a sudden, you are waking
up and realizing that it was just a dream. Whether it was a
“good” or “bad” dream, you are now seeing it from a whole
different perspective. Life is like that. Sometimes you are
disappointed in life and what is happening to you and other
times you are so happy and joyful. Which is better?

I have been on a mood decline ever since the temperature
has dropped and my body is yelling at me. It says: “I was born
to be on a tropic island where the breezes are warm and balmy
with a warm ocean to soak the stresses away. You have me in
a cold climate where I am always cold, my fingers are numb,
and I need to have three and four layers on to feel the least
bit comfortable. I have lost the freedom to go barefoot and
have light clothing on to go about my daily tasks. What are
you doing to me?”

This video was quite an eye opener, I have been seeing my
life through eyes that were choosing to see only the grey side
of living in the Northeast winter. I decided to make a list of all the
things I enjoy that I get to do when the weather has dropped
below freezing. A list of things that I would not get to do if
I lived in the South.

I now can see the birds a lot better with no leaves on the trees.
This morning I saw a beautiful red cardinal just sitting in the tree
that I do not usually see when the leaves are out. There are more
and different birds at my feeders as they fill up for the night or
after the fast from the night before.

I get to sleep later in the morning as the sun rises later and I get
to rest more in the evening as it gets dark earlier.

Getting in the chilly bed which makes it feel cozier as I snuggle
into it with the down comforter and settle down quickly with
appreciation for its warmth.

Making hot steamy soup or stew, then enjoying it as it takes the
chill out of my body while sitting in front of my electric fireplace.

Feeling so pampered as I now can start my car from the house so
it is warm when I get in. I did not have that option before.

I have more solitude as the neighbors rush into their houses because
of the cold temperatures. More time to delve into my own beingness.

The lake is completely frozen this morning and I will soon be watching
and enjoying the ice fishermen, the ice skaters, ski mobilers, and
the sledders.

The time I plan to finish afghans for my children, granchildren and
great grandchildren because it needs to be colder to have the
length of them across my legs.

The beauty of snow covered trees and lawns. I must confess that
I would be happier if it only snowed on trees and grass and not on
driveways and streets.

The studio where I take yoga classes has heat in the floor and it is
heaven to be laying there in Shavasna while being warmed. My
body soooo loves that.

People from the warmer climates come to the cold in order to ski
whereas I have it all winter. I am reaching aren’t I?

Can you see where I am going with this? My mind is the only thing
that can make me unhappy so I am choosing to “wake up” and see
the silver lining to all that happens in this cold weather. One more thing
is that I relish the spring so much more than if I was in the warmer
climate all year ( I would like the chance to see if that is true, though).

I am planning to see the “other” side of winter and I am going to keep
this list nearby as a reminder to have a different perspective. Want to
come along with me by having your own list of “waking up” to whatever
you are resisting. Remember: “What you resist, persists”. Glad to have
you on board, Let me know how you’re doing. I see you laughing!!!
