We are surely having a shiny and glimmering view of our world this morning.  I do not like driving in ice but I do love the effects we can see. We in the Northeast have had quite a reprieve from all the snow and weather that our fellow states have been experiencing. It certainly is nice to have our daylight longer in the day. By the way, Lake George is still not frozen, what a winter!

NEW IDEAS & CREATIONS

With the lake not being frozen yet, it is sooo tempting to go out kayaking.  I kayak around the edge of the lake anyway but I am told the water is still too cold to be in it even for a minute.  The transient ducks, the mergansers, are in the lake having a feast yet it is usually in November not January that they make their trek south and stop here for a few days to a week.  I am not complaining as I do not have to shovel rain, just wear my rain boots.

Have you taken down your tree yet?  Would you like help in doing that?  I have just become aware of a solution that would solve that dilemma.

It never crossed my mind about the flood of masks that is surrounding our world so I never even thought that there should be a solution. Here is a solution that would have far reaching solutions. Now I could support a well-to-do person jumping in and “quickly” using this great idea to make our planet a cleaner place to live. This idea and the one just above could make such a difference in your world.

Can you just imagine what surgeries would look like with this breakthrough?  Have you noticed how many NEW ideas that are floating around lately? It still amazes me that with the info highway we have on this planet, there are still so many more new ideas that we are not aware of.

You cannot forget how important you are in all of this. Remember that a human being is at the root of all ideas.

AWARENESS & GRATITUDE

We have been blessed with such nice weather this late in the year that I even went out kayaking.  What a thrill that was because when the season gets closer to freezing, any time on the water is priceless. I am still hoping to go out on the water at least one more time. When I was out kayaking around the lake, I took notice that there were only three pontoon boats left out. All the other larger boats were already set for winter. Of course, the smaller canoes or kayaks are still available. I send you blessings and joy from the Earth’s water.

This article really surprised me. Who said that this life form can easily be flushed down the toilet with no remorse for its life form?  It is life and it was a reminder to me that life comes in all forms so all life must be honored and tendered. Who am I to judge life in any form as not being valuable?

I know that I feed the birds as I like to watch their daily antics and the variety in each costume they wear.  I was never aware of just HOW their singing thrilled me but now there is an answer for my inquisitive mind. Another species that has their own special gift for us humans.

I am old enough to remember every meal was eaten with the family.  I remember the feeling of belonging yet I took it for granted. Let’s make a concerted effort to have more meals with our families with the rule that no cell phones are allowed.  It is a simple and effective way to make ourselves feel good as well as spreading the love around.

Being at the right spot at the right time has been proven over and over again.  I believe that most “accidents” are divinely guided. How do you feel when you have been inconvenienced by a traffic jam or like this person who took the wrong turn. If we take the time to look at each delay, we may find the blessing within it.  This video is so graphic that no one can deny the saving grace that was present.

When I think of Hawaii, I always picture lush greenery and the beautiful ocean.  I was not ever aware that ON HAWAII there would be this sort of problem.  I am very grateful that attention is being paid so we don’t lose what we had to begin with.
