WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP THE U.S.

Hi,

I am still recovering from the effects of cataract surgery. I am
one of the few who have unusual results yet I am hoping it will
all settle down. The biggest drawback has been the deep
depression caused by the anesthesia. I am coming out of
it now but it feels slow but you know us humans, we want
everything yesterday. It will take several months for all
to settle down and then we will focus on what the vision
is doing. Right now, I have about 10 pairs of reading
glasses, three right next to where I watch tv as I also
read and knit while watching tv so I need different
strengths. I now have a prescription for glasses
so soon I will be down to only one pair. Wahoo.

All of these nature phenomenons have stirred up
not only the wind and rain, it has stirred up many
emotions as we mirror what is happening on
earth. As we are a creature of earth, our energy
bodies respond to all the atmospheric changes so
our moods come and go. Our bodies know what
we need to do to offset the results in our bodies but
our minds have us doing what we are committed to
do and we do not listen to our bodies which want
extra rest, food and relaxation. Stress is rampant
and so are the arguments as our nation is mirroring
those feelings back to us. The anger is prominent.

Once we learn to love and respect ourselves, we will
love and respect each other. THEN….our nation will
mirror that back to us and we will be on our way to
true peace achieved through compromise and honor
and also truth. Have you noticed just how many
“secrets” are coming to the surface now? Everything
that is not noble is being exposed so we can look at
what we have created as a species. We are all
guilty at some degree of creating the havoc in
the world even if it was not being honest in returning
too much money being given back to us when we
pay for something.

These so called disasters are a wake up call for us
to love and respect our neighbors. Have you
noticed how much love and concern is being
generated by all of humanity in response to the
disasters that have occurred? Let us help one
another without the disasters and you will find
peace enveloping this planet.

Most of our minds right now are on the hurricane
that the Eastern Coast is experiencing or will soon
experience. We have been given warning which is
a good thing so we will be prepared and be more
willing to help our neighbors through this event.

I responded to a knock on my door and it was
my little 12 year angel who was such a big help
to me after the tornado. He had come to check
on me, he gave me his phone number again and
said he will be checking up on me during the storm.
My heart just leapt at his concern and he is only
12 years old. Let us be like him and be an
example that all can follow.

Are you feeling helpless with the storm approaching?
Would you like to do something that will help your
country and you won’t even have to leave the safety
and comfort of your home? The large companies
have given away so many of our jobs to other countries,
would you like to bring them back to the US? We often
wonder what can we do, we are only one person. This
article will tell you how you can bring some jobs back here
at no cost to you and it will be done with respect for
everyone.

When you call an 800 phone number and you are
connected overseas, do you know that you can
politely request to speak to a person in the United
States and they will put you through? It is law.
What if all of us insisted on talking only to someone
in our own country, the companies would have no
choice but to hire more American workers. This
is information I would like to see go viral.

Will you help me make it go viral? Just spread the
word to your family and friends and enjoy being
part of a “good” virus. I have done this myself
before I received this email so I know it works. I
am grateful that I was reminded so I can share it
with you.

Little things can make a big difference in rebuilding our country.

Any time you call an 800 number
(for a credit card, banking, charter communications, health and other insurance, computer help desk, etc) and you find that you’re talking to a foreign customer service representative (perhaps in India, Philippines, etc), please consider doing the following:

After you connect and you realize that the customer service representative is not from the USA (you can always ask if you are not sure about the accent), please, very politely (this is not about trashing other cultures) say, “I’d like to speak to a customer service representative in the United States of America .”

The rep might suggest talking to his/her manager, but, again, politely say, “Thank you, but I’d like to speak to a customer service representative in the USA .” YOU WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CONNECTED TO A REP IN THE USA . That’s the rule and the LAW.
It takes less than one minute to have your call re-directed to the USA .
Tonight when I got redirected to a USA rep, I asked again to make sure – and yes, she was from Fort Lauderdale .
Imagine what would happen if every US citizen insisted on talking to only US phone reps from this day on. Imagine how that would ultimately impact the number of US jobs that would need to be created ASAP. If I tell 10 people to consider this and you tell 10 people to consider doing this – see what I mean…it becomes an exercise in viral marketing 101.

Remember – the goal here is to restore jobs back here at home – not to be abrupt or rude to a foreign phone rep. You may even get correct answers, good advice, and solutions to your problem – in real English.

If you agree, please tell 10 people you know, and ask them to tell 10 people they know….etc…etc. This doesn’t make me a bigot, only a patriot!!!!

Have a safe encounter with a storm of Mother Nature.

AUGUST BURSTS OF HIGH & LOW EMOTIONS

Hi,

I was part of a fabulous expo last weekend , one
where I was filled up by all the people I serviced.
For the first time in my life, I could not think of enough
words to fill an hour and a quarter of time. I went inside
to listen to see if my guidance had anything to say but
it was silent. It was a little disconcerting as I usually
have much more to say than there is time. Finally. I
surrendered and allowed it to be as it wanted to be.
Perhaps it was to give the people time to go around
a little before the next speaker.

There was a young girl from China who kept taking
pictures of me during my talk. I did not mind but
in the back of my mind was wondering who she was
and why was she taking so many shots. Her name is
Shuwen Wang and she is a student here but will be
returning to China soon. She was so inspired by
the fact that I was able to get up publicly and say
what I did as it is not permitted in China. It was a
pleasure to speak with her as I had been to China
20 years ago and my QiGong instructor was
Master Wang who I would love to get in touch with,
he was that special. He had helped me during the time
of my dark night of the soul and I will never
be able to thank him enough.

Coincidence? I think not. Do you see why my
talk was cut short? Spirit knew I needed time to
speak with her so the time was created. A beautiful
young couple came back to my table a while later and
told me how much they had enjoyed my talk. THAT
made me feel a lot better as I felt that perhaps I had
been able to inspire the others that had been there.

This was a very different expo than I had ever experienced.
there were four rooms, one for the presentations (talks),two
for the vendors and one for 10 readers of which I was one.
there was such loving energy and believe it or not, no
competition. There some tarot card readers who carried
their own diversity by using different decks, there was one
lady Jessie who could draw your guides and many other
divination tools. I bring through the unconditional love
of the mother using my psychic abilities as well as giving
them some Reiki energy while holding on to their hands.

I met such beautiful souls which included four to five
teenagers who melted my heart. To be chosen by
the young who were between 14 and 18 years of
age for advice and guidance felt very special. A
couple of men came to me also which means that
the men are starting to look for answers to their
hearts longings. And ladies…. so many of you
beautiful souls reached out to me that my heart was
ready to burst. Thanks to all of you special people.

I was gifted with a scholarship to attend Feminine
Power: The Essential Course for the Awakening
Woman given by Claire Zammit, PhD and Katherine
Woodward Thomas , MA, MFT, a 7 week
TeleCourse. It started last week so I am a week
behind and have been playing catch-up this week.
What a wonderful opportunity to be with so many
awakening women and given the tools, support and
training to experience deep shifts and transformations.
And…to be able to join my energy with over 1500
other women from all over the world to make
changes on our planet.

Not much time to go out in the kayak and
the geese have been very kind to me.

with all the energy swings going on in

knowing we are in it together and having an
explanation helps us to bear it a little easier.

PSYCHIC & BEYOND EXPO THIS WEEKEND

I have not written about the lake much, I have been
so enjoying the warm water to bathe in. Usually I can
stay only 15 minutes before my body starts shivering
but the heat wave warmed up the water very well. A
month is usually all I get for staying in the water and
playing and last night the temperature went down to
50 degrees, which means the water will be cooler from
now on. It takes a long time to warm up but it cools
down much faster. I have even been “playing” with
various ear plugs so I can swim more vigorously.

The Canadian geese have not been as bad this
summer but they surprised me two days in a row
this past week. I looked out one morning and
there were 10 geese enjoying my grass for
breakfast. Of course, what goes in must come
out so they had made a mess of my lawn. Have
you ever tried to pick up geese poop off grass? Not
easy, I must say. I use a dustpan so I can press down
a wide path and then use a piece of wood to get it
into the dustpan.

I reacted like a wild woman. I ran out onto the deck
retrieving the white bucket I use to throw water at
them screaming all the while. You would think they
were humans I was talking to. ” Get out of here, who
do you think you are, you are not wanted, GO GO
GO (words I use when I chase them off the beach).

One goose went through the gate onto the beach but
the other nine headed up the driveway toward the road.
Suddenly my neighbor Bob across the street came out
to see the commotion. He asked what was wrong and
I said these geese were pooping all over my lawn.

Bob started to chase the geese from the street so they
turned and aimed for me. They started to fly but
still were aimed at me, I ducked and they went over
my head. They left a trail of goose poop all over the
driveway in their haste to retreat. What a mess.

After I calmed down, I started to laugh. Cartoons
are made of what just had occurred. Here was
this old woman in her housecoat with hair streaming
in the wind chasing and hollering at geese as they
tried to elude the flying white bucket with no water
that she was swinging at them. They thought a
crazy person was after them and they were right.
I was crazy with their audacity to come in my
yard when there was a fence to protect my lawn.

That laughter eased the laborious task of cleaning
my lawn so I would not inadvertently step in it as I
walked barefoot. It is something I so enjoy and there
also is only a short span of time to enjoy. It took three
separate times of walking methodically up and down
the lawn about 3 feet apart each time to finally get
it all cleared.

The next day they were back but had only begun to
come on my lawn so it was an easier time. I had been
hoping not to use the whirly wind things this year but
after two attempts, I did not wait for a third. I took
out the whirlys and placed the smaller ones under my
fence and three much larger ones in the gate opening
to come in so they would be deterred. I need to pick
them up so the lawn men can do their job and then
put them back in again. They also have a poor memory,
they did not remember the crazy old lady or perhaps,
like children, they were just hoping to get away with it.

The Orioles are gone but the Hummingbirds are still
here and gearing up for their long migration flight.
They are feeding well and dive bombing each other
to strengthen up their wings for the long flight. The
Golden Finch have had their young, they are the only
bird that feeds their babies seed so the niger seed does
not last long. There is a lot of activity around the feeders
and I so enjoy their songs. It is so light and heart lifting .
