FREEDOM

I woke up one morning and as usual, spent some time gazing at the
lake to get my daily dose of tranquility. I noticed a lot of white
things on the lake and could not figure out what they were. I even
used my binoculars, which are always handy, and I still could not
make out what they were. I couldn’t get close enough to see clearly.

I watched as they appeared to get closer to the shore although the
whole lake had white things on it. I said my prayers and meditation,
then looked out again and sure enough they were close enough I felt
to physically go out to see what they were. I brought my binoculars
with me just in case. I walked through the gate (this is not my
beach, it belongs to a private beach club) across the beach and onto
the dock.

I noticed as I was walking on the beach that there were some white
feathers on the shoreline but since that is where the ducks and geese
preen themselves, that was not unusual. As I got to the dock, where
rope holding the buoys so no boat gets too close to the raft and
swimming area was, there were many white feathers hanging on
to the rope. ????? I was completely puzzled about the amount of
feathers. The more I thought about it, the more I realized that
these feathers were all completely white which is not normally what
we see around the lake.

Canadian geese and local ducks might have white on them but the
feathers are not “completely” white. There is always some grey
brown, or black coloring on each feather. As I continued to scan
the lake which had different amounts of white things bobbing around,
I suddenly realized that these feathers were down like in a down
blanket. Suddenly I started laughing out loud. The only solution
to this dilemma was that someone had a pillow fight using down
pillows and one of them broke spewing the feathers everywhere. Just
the picturing of that made me laugh and then giggle.

I never know what the lake will offer me but this had human hands
involved and in 16 years, I had never seen anything like that. I
wonder what meaning the feathers held for me. When something
unusual happens or something unusual shows up, it is a gift for
you. It is a way that the universe or the Divine is speaking to
you.

I came up with a few meanings: feathers are from creatures that
have wings…maybe my angel wings are sprouting, maybe the white
feathers were from a white angel’s wing (after all, I see many angel
clouds in the sky), maybe my ideas and wishes are taking flight to
completion. Our Indigenous people or Native Americans use feathers
for many things, perhaps my Native American heritage is coming to
the forefront. They really were and are quite wise beings that
we could gain a lot of wisdom from especially the medicine man or
woman.

Pay attention when something shows up that is unusual, even an
animal running across the street in front of you or a bird comes to
your window or an unusual insect shows up. All of this
has meaning and it is fun to try to decipher it. If you ponder
long enough, your heart will reveal the true meaning. Or….you
can have fun fantasizing just like you did as a child.

For me, I am going to choose that all of these feathers belonged
to angels and they were showering them upon me like blessings. I have
always wanted to fly so now that my angel wings are sprouting, it
won’t be long now before I take off into Freedom.

What represents Freedom for you?

Think about it and mark them down on a piece of paper. Keep that
paper where you will see it so you can claim your freedom again and
again! Practice feeling free and you will become aware that you
are free. You always have a choice, which one are you choosing?

This is an incredible story with breathtaking photography.
These birds symbolize real freedom to me but I always feel such joy

AMPLIFY ENERGY OF OLYMPICS FOR HUMANITY

How are you surviving the heat? Are you holed up inside
your house with air conditioning? I happen to love the heat
and do not have air conditioning. The other side of that is
I freeze (literally) when I go in a store that does not
respect energy conservation. There is a middle
temperature where EVERYONE is comfortable including
the workers. I carry a sweater in my car and have to put
it on BEFORE I go in any building. It’s funny, but I don’t
notice that large gap in temperature in the winter when I
go shopping. What they don’t realize is that they are
shooting themselves in the foot because I won’t stay in
the store to window shop, I will get what I need and
leave.

Of course, with the heat, my body does not like too much
activity so I rest a lot more. I don’t feel the pull to DO only
to BE. In some ways, I think I hibernate more in summer
like a caterpillar does before he/she becomes a butterfly.
Speaking about caterpillars, it is necessary to go into a
cocoon before becoming a butterfly. Being in a cocoon
gives you time to go deeper within yourself, time to dream,
time to picture what you are allowing yourself to become.
Would you like to become a butterfly with all the freedom
of flying and also giving you a bird’s eye view instead of
just the immediate surroundings you are in?

Susann Taylor Shier brings forth “The Beloved
Beings” and this is what they had to say about
how you may be feeling in these times.

A feeling perhaps of no way out in certain respects;
a feeling of hanging on by a thread; a sense of no
answers or no way through looms in your emotional
bodies. We so understand. The caterpillar phase
of some of your deepest “stress factors” are
prevailing. Oh, those patterns are crying out for
transformation. Can you see this perspective that
we offer? Allow the sense of struggle, limitation
and fear that may rear its unnerving head, to simply
be held in soothing Love during the heat of this time.

We are here to help you access that Love. Feel
our presence all around, in your sacred heart or
like a shooting star arriving at your very doorstep,
filled with new life. Be a receptive bowl of welcome
for Love.

You may want to dive into helpless, hopeless and
powerlessness. Refrain as best you can. Your
caterpillar phase with respect to these deep patterns
is in its tight cocoon state, preparing for the
transformation if you will bring it that gift of
new life and freedom that the butterfly carries.
The caterpillar tension can feel like a strait
jacket in your emotional and physical body
right now. We understand.

Keep bringing in your resources of soothing,
strengthening Love that we are here at this
time to surround you with. Bring in your dolphin
joy, or wings of freedom or the sun’s warmth
and strength to your heart and places of
restriction. Remember what you have created
with celestial resources in your soul journeys
and feed those resources to your caterpillar
parts that are feeling like they are in a holding
pattern. They await soothing Love to free them.
Soothing Love is the prescription right now.
Soothing, soothing, soothing Love on deep
breaths of spaciousness.

Beloved, we have such a powerful opportunity
that starts today….. The Olympic Games

Our scientific community has proven that
when a huge amount of hearts are open
at the same time, that our world can be
changed and that our planet resonates
at the higher frequency. That was proven
on 9/11 when all of us opened our hearts
with love to all the survivors.

We now have another opportunity. When
we will get another chance to affect our
planet and its inhabitants with love that
will change the vibration of fear that is
overwhelming some parts of our beloved
planet and the people who live there.

I am including this excerpt that explains
it much better than I am able to. Please
participate with all of us who care about
our world and know that you DO make
a difference. You don’t even have to leave
your home or go anywhere to accomplish
such a dramatic and amazing result. Let’s
avail ourselves of this opportunity to help
Mother Earth and her inhabitants with
comraderie fun instead of needing a disaster
to bring us together so powerfully.

A Powerful Opportunity – The Olympic Games

The Olympic Games begins today which will
provide all of us with a powerful opportunity to
add to the Light of the world. For millennia the
Company of Heaven has been waiting for
Humanity to awaken enough to remember that
we are Sons and Daughters of God, and that
we are on Earth during this auspicious moment to
transmute our human miscreations and reverse
the adverse effects of our fall from Grace. We
have ALL made a heart commitment to help
Humanity reclaim the Path of Divine Love that
was our natural state of Being prior to our fall
into separation and duality. This is true whether
we are currently aware of that covenant with God
or not.

It is important to understand that the Beings of
Light cannot do this for us. They can only amplify
our efforts once we invoke their Divine Intervention.
Humanity created the negative situations that have
resulted in all of the pain and suffering on Earth.
We did this, often inadvertently, through our free-will
choices and the misuse of our creative faculties of
thought and feeling. Consequently, we alone are
responsible for invoking the Light of God that will
transmute our human miscreations, thus reclaiming
the Divine Plan for the Sons and Daughters of God
and Mother Earth.

With this knowing a plan has been set into motion
that will take advantage of the powerful celestial
alignments and solar flares that are flooding the
Earth during this awesome Summer of 2012. This
plan requires that people around the world create
a collective Cup of Consciousness through which
the Light of God will flow to transmute the surfacing
negativity and pave the way for the birthing of a
New Renaissance of Divine Love.

The only positive event that has the potential of
drawing the global focus of Humanity’s attention in
the numbers necessary to transmute the amount of
negativity being pushed to the surface all over the
world is the Olympic Games. The Olympic Games
are truly a global event,and they draw the attention
of an estimated 4,500,000,000 people during the
17-days of competition. The Olympic Games signify
the Family of Humanity setting aside our differences
so we can come together to attain our highest level
of excellence. This is the perfect thoughtform and
intention needed for the collective Cup of
Humanity’s Consciousness. Together we will
magnetize enough Light to transmute our human
miscreations.

The Olympic Games will begin with the Opening
Ceremonies on July 27th and build in momentum
through the Closing Ceremonies on August 12th.
Because we are One and there is no separation,
we have the ability to set the Divine Intention for
the energy, vibration, and consciousness that will
be released by the people focusing on the Olympic
Games.

As often as you are aware of the Olympics, just
intend Divine Love be in everyone’s heart and
let humanity set aside the differences and share
the similarities of everyone’s path and culture
Let’s root for everyone and enjoy the diversity
and excellence of each participant.

As they come together as one unit, let us see
the rest of the world coming together as one
Species living on one Planet.

TRAGEDY & COMEDY

This day did not start out too well but it all came clean in
the wash. When I tried to access my emails, Firefox could
not connect to server. Thank Goodness I have learned to look
at the router to see what it is doing. I used to waste so much time
trying to figure out why I could not connect to the web. Four of
the five lights were on and some flashing but the one going to the
internet was out. Soooo. I shut down the router, waiting a
few minutes and tried again. Again, no internet so I called
Verizon.

Looking at my bill, I was trying to figure out what number to
call but nothing for repair so I called the regular number. If you
have ever done this you know how much time is wasted, not
their time but yours. I finally got to a “human voice” so I could
explain what was happening. You know when you are out of
the United States because the people are so polite. Her name
was Mariel and she was from the Phillipines. I usually ask to
be transferred to the US because it is the law that they have
to accommodate this request but since it had taken me so
long just to hear a human voice, I did not want to take the
chance of being disconnected and having to start all over again.

At least, I could understand her English but the volume was
quite low so I struggled with that although she continually
tried to raise the volume. She said there were no outages
so she proceeded to spend 20 minutes to try get me connected
without much luck. Guess what, there was an outage locally.
It’s too bad Verizon does not have a system we could call to
find that out. And…their counterparts in other countries should
be made aware of their outages too.

I don’t like the fact that other countries are taking care of us when
we are perfectly capable of doing it, but I do not blame the person
trying to help me out. I told her that Ariel is a powerful Archangel
and she carries his name in her name so she has a great protector.
She was pleased to find that out.

While I was waiting for the internet connection to be fixed,
I turned on the TV to have my breakfast. Let us take a moment
to send some loving positive energy to all involved in the
tragedy in Colorado. which happened at the Batman premier.
no family anywhere in this world is free from mental challenges
in their midst. Let’s not place blame on anyone. You know
that the young 24 year old man must have mental challenges
in order to commit this atrocity. I am sure now that the
media will find blame in our mental care system but how can
any agency know which of their billion clients will go over
the edge

I have a grandson with the same name as the shooter, James Holmes.
He came from a broken home and was in the foster care system. He
experienced events that would make your hair curl. Although some
decisions were made by foster care that I did not like, they had
his best interest at heart. After many years, he is now balanced
and having a better life. I immediately called my son to see if it
was possible that it was our James, but it was not. Thank God.
See how my concerns this day have been put to rest.

Until there is peace in the world and every human feels safe, there
will be mental challenges. Look at our own soldiers and the Post
Traumatic Stress they are suffering from because of all of the
atrocities they see and what they have to do to keep this country
safe. As long as there is extreme poverty, our children will
also suffer from mental challenges as they are being raised by
parents who are dysfunctional. It carries down through the
generations.

Grace abounds in all situations, all we need to do is to ask
for it and miraculously it appears. This is a perfect opportunity
to become aware of the important job we are doing as lightworkers.
Let us bring light to this planet, the whole planet, and it only takes
one candle (you) to light up a room. Remember it takes only
a crack in a human’s heart to allow the light to shine in and that
crack will happen when they feel and experience love. It can
happen anywhere, in the supermarket, at the gas station, at the
Post Office, etc. The easiest way to transmit love is with our
smile, it says it all. How many people do you see every day
that you could smile at and help smiling go viral.

Yesterday was a wonderful day, full of happy surprises for
me. The heat wave has been broken, I went in my kayak
early in the morning which is a great treat for me. I went
swimming in the lake in the afternoon and then went to
a concert held in a neighboring town on the town common.
On the way home, guess what I found. A restaurant that
was advertising Gluten Free Menu on its billboard. I could
not pass that up. I was not hungry but stopped to check
out their menu and boy was I in for a treat. The young
24 year old chef has Celiac so is very familiar with how
to cook gluten free.

I was in heaven just looking at the menu. Do you know
how long it has been since I have had Fish and Chips?
or Fried Mozzarella, or Clam Chowder or Baked Ziti,
or Pizza? There is even more than that to choose from
like pancakes for breakfast, YUMMM

AND they even have delivery.

They have regular food and specials every day. Their
prices are great and all the vegetables are fresh from
the father’s garden every day. Can you imagine? Food
like your mom used to make, no processed food here,
it is all freshly made. Sunday is the only day they have
breakfast so I am planning on taking myself out for
a breakfast of gluten free pancakes this week.

My connection to the internet is back so I am now writing
this to you and then need to get busy preparing for hosting
my TV Show in 4 hours. Things always seem to go wrong
at the worst possible time like today as my Fridays are so
busy that I do not schedule anything extra. But….see how it
all worked out and I did not get too bummed out. I just
went to the Higher Power, prayed for everyone involved
in all of this and then let it go. Letting go is the hardest part
but if I trust in a power greater than me, then what am I so
concerned about?

The title of this song is: “ONLY YOU” and feels so
appropriate for the subjects I have been writing about.
I have faith in you and humanity and also humor which
brings our hearts to smiling. Let’s get it to go viral.
