FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR A SAFER SUMMER

Summer is here finally. We almost hit a heat wave as
the temperature was in the 90″s for two days but
interspersed with two days only in the 80’s so we
didn’t qualify. I, for one, love the summer as it is
so short. This year it felt like spring was 6 months
long because we have had so much rain.

The sunset finally reached midway over the lake and
is starting to go back to where I will not be able to
see it directly from my deck. I just loooove the
sunsets as Mother Nature is the greatest artist
in the world that humans try to imitate. It always
amazes me how they are all so different, that so
many different visuals can be created by just using
cloud formations and then the gorgeous rose colored
hues after the sun has disappeared over the horizon.

The beach in front of my house has a lot of activity
now as the kids have no more school and they can
swim to their hearts content. The raft is out there
with the ladder that was rescued from the clubhouse
which was demolished. Just watching it be rescued by
this huge machine with its big mouth that was capable
of reaching in and pulling it out with such gentleness
that it came out unscathed although the roof had
collapsed on top of it. The kids do not have such
awe of having it back as kids take things for granted.
And…..I am back to my old job of keeping an eye on
the raft and scolding too much rough housing on it. There
is a huge tire inner tube that is also attached to the
raft that they enjoy jumping into.

Summer’s heat also brings things to our awareness that
we should watch out for. The normal ones like putting
on enough sunscreen and proper hydration and this
one that I will include now. I was aware of this as
I need to stay away from chemicals but many people
are not aware that such a simple thing could save
them a lot of anguish now and later one. Enjoy!

CAR AIR-CONDITIONING –
VERY IMPORTANT!

My car book says to roll down the
windows to let out all the hot air
before turning on A/C.

WHY? Car Air-conditioning – No
wonder more folks are dying from
cancer than ever before. We
wonder where this stuff comes from
but here is an example that explains
a lot of the cancer causing incidents.

Many people are in their cars first
thing in the morning and the last
thing at night, 7 days a week.
As I read this, it makes me feel guilty and ill.
Please pass this on to as many people as possible.
Guess it’s not too late to make some changes

Car A/C (Air Conditioning) MUST READ!!!

Please do NOT turn on A/C as soon as
you enter the car.

Open the windows after you enter your
car and then turn ON the AC after a
couple of minutes.

Here’s why: According to research,
the car dashboard, seats and air
freshener emit Benzene, a Cancer
causing toxin (carcinogen – take time
to observe the smell of heated plastic
in your car).

In addition to causing cancer, Benzene
poisons your bones, causes anemia and
reduces white blood cells. Prolonged
exposure will cause Leukemia, increasing
the risk of cancer. Can also cause miscarriage.

Acceptable Benzene level indoors is
50 mg per sq. ft. A car parked indoors
with windows closed will contain 400-800 mg
of Benzene.
If parked outdoors under the sun at a
temperature above 60 degrees F, the
Benzene level goes up to 2000-4000 mg,
40 times the acceptable level.

People who get into the car,
keeping windows closed will
inevitably inhale, in quick
succession, excessive amounts
of the toxin.
Benzene is a toxin that affects your
kidney and liver.. What’s worse, it is
extremely difficult for your body to
expel this toxic stuff.

So friends, please open the windows
and door of your car – give time for
interior to air out -dispel the deadly
stuff – before you enter.

something of value with you and
you benefit from it, please share it
with others.’

IS YOUR FLAG FLYING? REASON IS IN NEWSLETTER BELOW

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!!!

What a glorious one it is, the birds will attest to that.
The Baltimore Orioles, beautiful black and orange birds
visit my area just to mate and have their babies. They
are here for only three months and then I need to wait
until next year to see them. They just LOVE grape
jelly although they will if they have to due to rain, feed
from the sugar water feeders. The rain washes the jelly
away even though I confess to trying to feed them in
between the intermittent rain.

We have had so much rain and a few have condescended
to feed from the feeder but they did not like the ones I had
up but the hummingbirds loved them. I think it is the way
they need to be sideways or something as I see them
struggling with them. Soooo, I took down the ones they
were having trouble with and put up the old faded ones’
they love but are more difficult to clean. The hummingbirds
were then relegated to their own feeders as their beaks are
not strong enough to push down the button as the orioles have
much stronger beaks.

I know when their babies are born because I see them picking
up the jelly sideways and then racing off with it hanging from
their mouth. I had at least 8 pairs of them this year and they
have been so busy until just a few days ago. I saw the very
first young one, oh boy! I don’t see them when they are
babies and when I see them, they are the size of their
parents but a much paler color and much slimmer.

Friday, I saw my first one. What a thrill that was. In one
way, it is sad as it means their presence is coming to an
end but it is so much fun to watch the parents try to teach
them to either eat from the jelly feeder or the sugar water
one. It takes them a lot longer to figure out the sugar feeder
one, they poke at every opening they see, even hanging
upside down to poke at the place where the perches come
out.

The fireworks were spectacular this year. It started Friday
night around 10:30PM and I needed my ear plugs that night
as it went on past midnight. Those are carried out by the
immature person who wants to make a statement without
sharing the beauty with everyone. They just love being
outside the box and doing what they know irritates others,
just making loud bangs with no concern for the time.
Saturday night the same thing. Last night the big show
started around 9PM by the mature individuals who just
love to share their displays with all of us. I had three
neighbors right around me and a couple across the lake.
to be safe, they are shot off over the lake and their
are many boats out there getting a front row seat.
I did not need ear plugs as the mature people
cease the noise at 11:00PM in consideration of
their neighbors.

I enjoyed them from the inside of my home with
my own front row seat. The chemicals in them
make me ill so I cannot inhale all the smoke they
cause. They were spectacular and it seemed to
be a symphony as each took turns shooting them
off. Many neighbors came to the beach to watch
them.

But…one side effect is the Baltimore Oriole’s do not
like feeling like they are in a war. Their homes are
so very close to where the fireworks are being
shot off or into. I have only seen one Oriole today and
that was a young one. Since the young ones are too
big for the nest anymore, they can all fly away to a much
safer place. Last year was a much quieter 4th of July so
they stayed until August 15th but I don’t know about
this year. There have been years that I don’t see them
after July 4th even if I have grape jelly available. I will
have to wait and see. The hummingbirds don’t leave
but perhaps they can find a better hiding place during
the noisy display. My son calls them my feathered friends
as I have many birds at my feeders. I love the Hummingbirds,
and Golden Finches but the Orioles are my favorites. Perhaps
because they are here the shortest amount of time.

Our beach looks so good, almost like it did before the
clubhouse came down. The buoys that kept the boats
at bay were in the clubhouse so we lost them but noodles
were bought, cut in three and strung on rope. It looks so
good and the raft was put out WITH the ladder that was
salvaged when the clubhouse was torn down. The
kids are having so much fun as well as the adults swimming
out to it and basking in the sun. The very first visitor to the
raft was the Great blue Heron who just loves to sit there
and look for its food. Now we just need to rototill the
beach and put down some new sand.

We do have a lot to celebrate, we are Americans and we have
the freedom that has been fought for. Let us honor those who
defend us and have defended us but honoring the one memorial
that we all share, The American Flag. I will include a story here
that I believe explains why.

You might remember a news story several months ago about a crotchety old man who defied his homeowners association and refused to take down the flagpole on his property and the large flag that flew on it.

On June 15, 1919, Van T. Barfoot was born in Edinburgh — probably didn’t

Twenty-five years later, on May 23, 1944, near Carno , Italy , Van T. Barfoot,
Who had enlisted in the US Army in 1940, set out to flank German machine gun
Positions from which fire was coming down on his fellow soldiers. He advanced
Through a minefield, took out three enemy machine gun positions and returned
With 17 prisoners of war.

If that wasn’t enough for a day’s work, he later took on and destroyed three German tanks sent to retake the machine gun positions.

That probably didn’t make much news either, given the scope of the war, but it did earn Van T. Barfoot, who retired as a colonel after also serving in Korea and Vietnam , a Congressional Medal of Honor.

What did make news last week was a neighborhood association’s quibble with how the 90-year-old veteran chose to fly the American flag outside his suburban Virginia home. Seems the rules said a flag could be flown on a house-mounted bracket, but, for decorum, items s

He had been denied a permit for the pole, erected it anyway and was facing court action if he didn’t take it down. Since the story made national TV, the neighborhood association has rethought its position and agreed to indulge this old hero who dwells among them.

“In the time I have left I plan to continue to fly the American flag without interference,” Barfoot told The Associated Press.

As well he should.

And if any of his neighbors still takes a notion to contest him, they might want to read his Medal of Honor citation. It indicates he’s not real good at backing down.

This 1944 Medal of Honor citation, listed with the National Medal of Honor Society, is for Second Lieutenant Van T. Barfoot, 157th Infantry, 45th Infantry:

“For conspicuous gallantry and intrepidity at the risk of life above and beyond the call of duty on 23 May 1944, near Carno , Italy . With his platoon heavily engaged during an assault against forces well entrenched on commanding Ground, Sgt.. Barfoot moved off alone upon the enemy left flank. He crawled To the proximity of 1 machinegun nest and made a direct hit on it with a hand Grenade, killing 2 and wounding 3 Germans. He continued along the German
Defense line to another machinegun emplacement, and with his tom mygun Killed 2 and captured 3 soldiers. Members of another enemy machinegun crew then abandoned their position and gave themselves up to Sgt. Barfoot. Leaving the prisoners for his support squad to pick up, he proceeded to mop up positions in the immediate area, capturing more prisoners and bringing his total count to 17. Later that day, after he had reorganized his men and consolidated the newly captured ground, the enemy launched a fierce armored counterattack directly at his platoon positions. Securing a bazooka, Sgt. Barfoot took up an exposed position directly in front of 3 advancing Mark VI tanks. >From a distance of 75 yards his first shot destroyed the track of the leading tank, effectively disabling it, while the other 2 changed direction toward the flank. As the crew of the disabled tank dismounted, Sgt.. Barfoot killed 3 of them with his tom mygun. He continued onward into enemy terrain and destroyed a recently abandoned German fieldpiece with a demolition charge placed in the breech. While returning to his platoon position, Sgt. Barfoot, though greatly fatigued by his Herculean efforts, assisted 2 of his seriously wounded men 1,700 yards to a position of safety. Sgt. Barfoot’s extraordinary heroism, demonstration of magnificent valor, and aggressive determination in the face of point blank fire are a perpetual inspiration to his fellow soldiers.”

A GIFT FOR YOU

It feels like it has been a while since I have spoken
with you, giving you my weekly hug, but it was
only yesterday. I did not share much in the way of
personal info so I would like to add a little today.

I went for cataract surgery on Monday, June 27.
It was done on my left eye which was the worst one.
What an adventure, the medical profession now has
lenses that they can implant in your eye that will
correct stigmatism if you have it which I do. Medicare
and my other medical plan, Blue Cross and Blue Shield
will pay for the surgery and also an implant that will
correct your vision. But…it will not pay to correct my
stigmatism and since this is a once in a lifetime surgery,
I opted to pay the $1,500 it would cost to correct
both eyes. If I did not, I would still have to wear
glasses to correct the stigmatism.

I decided that I would like to experience the freedom
of not wearing glasses since I do not remember that
experience as a child. I was only about 7 years old
when I needed glasses so most of my lifetime has been
spent needing glasses to see clearly. I remember when I
was 10 years old I convinced my mom I did not need
glasses any more (pride or rebellion I do not know).
One day she was across the street from me and was waving
at me but of course I could not know it was her or that
anyone was waving at me. That was the end of that
charade, I was marched to the doctors and issued another
pair of glasses. I smile as I write this because it is so much
what a young child would do to achieve what they perceive
would be the perfect remedy to what they do not want.
How many times do we injure or blind ourselves to what
would be best for us regardless of the difficulty or pain?

What a gift Patricia Cota-Robles is giving the world which

MUSICAL RAPTURE
A Healing Gift for Humanity

Precious Hearts, I would like to share with you information
about a sacred and wondrous musical gift that is being
given to Humanity. The Divine Intent of this gift is to assist
each of us through the physical challenges we are
experiencing as we move through this auspicious time.
Please read these words with an open heart and an open
mind. We have been longing for the time when Heaven
and Earth would come together to assist us in our endeavors
to transform ourselves and this planet. This is that moment.

I would like to share a little background about this musical gift.
2011 began with an incredible influx of Light. On December 21,
2010, we experienced the Solstice and a very powerful Full
Moon Lunar Eclipse. The synchronicity of these two events
occurring at the same time had happened only one other time
in the past 2,000 years.

That Lunar Eclipse took place within two degrees of the
Galactic Center which opened a mighty portal of Light from
the Core of Creation into the Center of the Earth. The Light of
God that poured through that portal initiated incomparable
pivotal changes for all Life evolving on this planet.

Once the portal was opened, the Light of God built in
momentum until the New Moon Solar Eclipse which
took place on January 4, 2011. During that monumental
influx of Light, Lightworkers around the world joined hearts
with the Company of Heaven and cocreated a NEW Planetary
CAUSE of Divine Love. The powerful Light that bathed the
planet during that two week period catapulted every
atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life on
Earth further up the Spiral of Evolution. This paved the
way for a God Victorious 2011 which is a year that the
Beings of Light have heralded as “The Transfiguring
Year of Rebirth and Renewal.”

On Christmas Day, in the midst of that incredibly powerful
influx of Light, our beloved son Joao got sick. On
December 29, 2010, he passed away from complications
with pneumonia. Joao was 42 years old. He left behind his
wife and three beautiful sons. Since his transition, Joao
has shared with his Father and me that his time on Earth
was complete. He said that he was able to move directly
into the Light and that he is now working with Archangel
Michael and the Legions of Healing. He said that he will
be able to “Gift” Humanity in our service to the Light in
ways that he could not accomplish from the physical plane.

When Frederic Delarue, a wonderful French musician,
received my e-mail announcing our son’s transition
into the Light, he said he felt very connect to Joao’s soul.
Frederic said that he knew Joao was trying to connect to
with him and that he needed to be at Joao’s Celebration
of Life ceremony, which took place on January 8, 2011,
in Tucson, Arizona.

Once Frederic made the heart commitment to
attend the service in Tucson, Joao began
communicating with him. Joao asked Frederic
if he would accept the responsibility of receiving a
musical transmission that would be a legacy for his family.

Frederic agreed to Joao’s request without knowing
any of the specifics about the music. After Frederic
returned from Joao’s Celebration of Life ceremony,
Joao began to reveal to Frederic just what this music
would be, a Healing Gift for Humanity.

When Frederic Delarue was 12 years old he had a
near death experience after which he realized he
was given an amazing gift of music. When Frederic
was 13 years old the Angelic Music of the Spheres
began flowing through his hands as he played people’s
soul songs. He just quieted himself, moved his own
consciousness aside, and the music of the person’s
soul flowed through his hands.

For the next few months after Joao’s transition, Frederic
said that Joao would come to him and tell him some
things about the music and how it was to be distributed.
Then, just before Easter, Frederic awoke with a powerful
heart prompting to go to France immediately, so he
made arrangements and flew to France. During the
month of May while he was in France, he went to
Rennes-le-Chateau on several occasions. Rennes-le-
Chateau is a sacred focus of Mary Magdalene, who
is at this time working with Mother Mary and all of the
Feminine Aspects of our Father-Mother God to bring
to the consciousness of the world the return of the
Divine Feminine, our Mother God, or as we have
often referred to this Aspect of Deity, the Holy Spirit.
Frederic said that when he sat in the church and
contemplated the Presence of Mary Magdalene,
he had a miraculous experience that transformed
his life. He returned home a different person. He
knew that his experience with Mary Magdalene
was a necessary factor in preparing him to receive
Joao’s gift of healing music for Humanity.

During the month of May, while this initiation
was occurring for Frederic in France, Mother Mary
was assisting every one of us in a miraculous way.
Over 40 years ago Mother Mary told us that prior to
Humanity’s embodiment this time she had made a
covenant with every man, woman, and child on Earth.
She said that in the not too distant future, when
Humanity was open and receptive to the influx of
Divine Love from our Mother God, the Holy Spirit,
she would draw us into her Temple of the Immaculate
Heart and assist our I AM Presence to expand the
Threefold Flame in our heart to its original size. She
said that this would greatly enhance our ability to
receive and assimilate the frequencies of Divine
Love from our Mother God and the 5th-Dimensional
Realms of God’s Infinite Perfection.

The Threefold Flame in our heart originally enveloped
our physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies.
It was the perfect balance of our Father God’s Blue
Flame of Power, our Mother God’s Pink Flame of
Divine Love, and the Son and Daughter of God’s
Yellow-gold Flame of Wisdom. It was the true reflection
of the Holy Trinity. When we fell from Grace we closed
our hearts so we would not feel so much pain. This
blocked the portal through which our Mother God’s
Love entered the world. This caused our Threefold
Flame to become imbalanced, which caused us to
lose the awareness of our Mother God. Our Threefold
Flame eventually shrunk to what we now refer to as the
“spark of Divinity” in our hearts. Well, now that we have
cocreated a NEW Planetary CAUSE of Divine Love
everything has changed!

This May as we each slept at night, our I AM Presence
escorted us into Beloved Mother Mary’s Temple of the
Immaculate Heart in the Inner Planes. Within her focus
of Light, Mother Mary helped our I AM Presence to
expand the Threefold Flame in our heart to its original
intensity. This is the fulfillment of the covenant Mother

Mary made with each one of us prior to this embodiment.
On June 10th, Frederic sent me an e-mail and said
that he wanted to talk to me about Joao’s music. I
did not know anything about Frederic’s trip to
France and he did not know anything about the gift
that Mother Mary was giving to Humanity during
the month of May. We talked about those things
and he said that since he returned from France,
Joao would not leave him alone about the music.
He said Joao seemed to feel that there was now
an urgency to make this music available to the
world. Frederic asked me to ask Joao about the
music to be sure that the message he was receiving
was correct.

That night I asked Joao about the music and Frederic’s
information. Joao said that all was in readiness, and
that it was time for this music to be made available
to the world. He said for me to let Frederic know that
Sunday, June 12th was Pentecost, the day that is
celebrated as the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, the
Divine Mother, and that there would be a greatly
amplified influx of our Mother God’s Divine Love
on that day. Joao gave me a quote to include
with the music that he would play through Frederic’s
hands. This is the title of the music followed by
Joao’s quote:

The next morning Frederic e-mailed me and
said, “This is the day.” It was Pentecost.
Frederic said that early that morning Dr. Florence
Phillips, who was the only Minister to allow him
to do his work with the Angelic Music of the
Spheres without conditions, passed away from
cancer after being in a deep coma.

Right after I received the e-mail from Frederic
Joao’s Dad called me into the kitchen to see a
magnificent White Dove that had flown into our
garden. We have lived in our home for 45
years and we have never seen a White Dove
in our garden.

Frederic prepared his equipment and turned
everything on so that he would be ready. When
the time was right, Mary Magdalene expanded
her luminous Presence and held Frederic and
Joao in the embrace of her radiant Light as Joao
played his healing music through Frederic’s hands.

Joao said this music is encoded with frequencies
of healing that Humanity has not been able to reach
until now. This is being made possible because
of the expansion of Humanity’s Threefold Flame,
the return of our Mother God, and her monumental
influx of Transfiguring Divine Love. He said for
Frederic and me to make the highest possible
resolution of the music available to Humanity.
Otherwise, some of the new healing tones might
be missed.

Joao said the Company of Heaven is going to
help anyone who wants the music to have access
to it through his or her own computer or through
the computer of someone they know. He said
all is in Divine Order; all Frederic and I need to
do is make the music available through the
highest possible resolution for anyone who
wants to experience it.
