As I am sitting here waiting for inspiration of what I can share with you, my mind seems to have gone blank. The weatherman said last night that this below 0 degree night should be the last we see this winter. It WASSSS so cold. My storm door that I love to sunbathe in front of has ice on the inside blocking the sun. All of a sudden the sun came out and was shining right on me as I sat at this computer.

All of a sudden, I HAD to go and sit in that so warm sun. I put on one of Panache’s musical inspirational compositions which has such a beat that it makes me want to dance and I do use it that way sometimes. It is great to listen to as I sunbathe and my feet keep moving as I am sitting in the sun. I got my chair and took off my warm sweats so I can more sun on my body. Guess what, the clouds came in so there was no sunbathing today.

It is a good thing because I have two doctor appointments this afternoon and I really wanted to send this newsletter off to you this morning before I have to leave. I am still sitting here wondering what I could write that might be uplifting, inspirational and funny. It has been a quiet week but my older son came yesterday to do some small but very important (to me) things around my home. One very important thing was to help me work my VCR so I can watch the newest video from Spiritual Cinema. This DVD won’t work on my computer either so I am totally confused.

Guess what I learned? Not all DVDs play on both computers and VCRs. They usually only play on one or the other. And…my cables for my VCR were in the output section of my TV so my son fixed that for me and now I know how to watch my VCR, it has been so long since I used it. Times like this is when I feel “old”. There are so many changes to our technology that I can’t keep up with it but I know just enough to know there are many things I DON’T know. I also found out that since my TV is not digital that I can’t use an outside antenna to bring in the local channels. I also found out that TV’s now come with ????? that allow you to connect your computer to the TV and you can scroll the internet while watching it on your TV. I am now going to look aT getting a new TV which is digital. THAT will be another learning experience to figure out how to run these darn technological toys. (Is this the funny thing I wanted to share?????) It can be. It all depends on how you look at IT. As I am rereading this for errors, it is making me laugh at my ignorance and yet my innocence about all this.

Here is a clip that I think might bring a smile to your face. I KNOW my kids don’t really know me or what I am all about. Someday they just might just find out just like these students did. Uplifting!

Who would have thought that our Congress would ever have a speaker such as this. It brings me such hope for our planet when ALL beliefs are recognized as being part of the ONE.

What a powerful day today is! Happy Solstice, Equinox day and
also International Day of Peace. Join with me in celebration and to
join our minds and hearts with all nations to make a difference on
our planet.

Today marks one of the most important days of the year in the shift
to a new culture on planet earth–the International Day of Peace,
which will be celebrated worldwide by millions. There are people in
Washington DC who are working with prominent peacebuilders from
lobbyists to military strategists, and it’s amazing all the positive
work that is in motion.

I invite you to join in any or all of the following inspiring
activities, particularly anyone who is in New York to join us in
Central Park (Sheep’s Meadow) at noon to meditate together as part
of Be the Peace’s globally synchronized meditation:

Join peacebuilders on every continent to meditate for peace!

And if you’re in New York, join us from 11:55 to 2:11 for meditation
and toning together. And if you’re inclined to bring a drum for
after-drumming and dancing, please do so! Central Park–Sheep’s
