Can you imagine playing in a band right on the battlefield, I can’t?  Here is a relic that will give you the willies just listening to it and preserving a Piece of Musical History from WW11. Can we help this go viral and honor the young people who were actually there? A grandson of a WW11 veteran needs you to honor his Grandpa with a Grammy. No pun intended.

On an old man’s shirt was written a sentence: “I am not 80 years old; I am sweet 16 with 64 years of experience.” That is attitude. Share this with your friends and share a laugh. I think I will adopt that phrase for when people ask me my age, which happens more often as you get older.

I know that this country needs reminders of just how important each person is and that includes immigrants. Let us honor each and every individual who is born on this great planet.  Read about this young girl who had to work two jobs just to go to college and see where that has led her to today.

TIME TO CELEBRATE

Hallelujah!  The doors are opening at long last and we can peek out at our new world. This calls for a celebration.

Do you believe in signs from above?  Have you ever experienced something so unusual you knew in your heart that it was from a loved one who had passed over to the other side?  My best friend from childhood died and of course, her funeral was on a snow stormy day. I live on a small mountain so it is necessary to go downhill to the nearest town so off I went to start my descent. As I was going down my car started to slide and I was so startled as I could not control it.  It went into a complete circle while I was terrified that another vehicle might be coming up or someone would be behind me.  I thought I was going to end up in the ditch. Yet, it went completely around and stopped on the right side of the road going in the right direction. It took me a minute to come to my senses and then I hollered: “Pearl stop it, this is not funny”. My best friends name was Pearl and I knew she is the one who did this, only best friends can scare the pants off you and laugh at you at the same time. When I got to the funeral, I told her kids and husband what she had done and they had a good laugh because they said: “It sounds just like her”.

Does this sound like a miracle?  How could anyone pull this off? It definitely is a Miracle of LOVE.

CALMING DOWN THE MIND

I am up tight and concerned about a new Mini-Split heating system I purchased as it is making noises that are preventing me from falling asleep.  Once I am asleep, I am OK.  I tried ear plugs but I never realized that I wear a hearing aid all day and then the ear plug all night and my ear is not breathing so it started to get real itchy.  You can chuckle as you imagine me trying to scratch inside my ear with my hearing aid on. It is a Mitchubichi so it is neither cheap or a knock off.  It is supposed to be the best in the market but no one seems to be able to find the reason for the noise which varies in intensity.  This unit is supposed to be Whisper Quiet but it is definitely not that. I feel like all my training for accessing Inner Peace has been for naught because my brain is focused pn finding a remedy for this situation. You know that this is 2020 and all you fear or have not dealt with will come up so you can take another look.  I feel I am being given another opportunity to face some fears I must still have about noises in the night. I am supposed to be grateful for the chance but I need to be honest and tell you it sucks.  In my heart, I know that this will pass but I am trying to calm down and allow my I AM PRESENCE to take over. In my search for this peace and tranquility, I have come across a song that I think we all know but it is done in such a way that it is calming.  I wish to share it with you in case you get into this quandary.  It will help your brain find some peace.

As I was searching for other inspirational material to fill my mind so it would stop obsessing, I came across Eckhart Tolle and this inspired and humorous reminder.

Guess what?  After sharing all of these hints to you, I guess I took my own advice because I am feeling much calmer after listening to the above links.  In fact, this one definitely made me smile and reminded me of the love that is flowing all around me and you.
