It feels like winter’s stronghold has let go and spring is here. I welcome it even if it means more rain and water. I realized this year what I miss the most by being in winter is the sun. Yes, the sun comes out but it is too cold to be outside to absorb it with your body. I am so fortunate to have the sun come in my windows on one side of my home. In winter, because of darkness, it doesn’t reach the other side of my home. In the summer, I get the sun on BOTH sides of my home and I get to see the sunset for about 3 months. I am sitting in the sun as I write this newsletter so I am sending you the energy of the sun. Enjoy.
