I wish to send you LOVE. This is the season of LOVE
and when we feel it we can send it out to everyone who
crosseS our path from the grocery store clerks, the tellers
in the banks, and the people who are shopping right along
with us. It only takes a smile and people will smile back,
uplifting both of you.

When I opened my curtains onto the view of the lake first
thing this morning, it was grey, no sun and no live animals
that I could see. So….I did my meditation, prayers, and
exercise. Then I made myself some hot oatmeal with
walnuts and fresh blueberries. Yummmm.

Now, I was ready to begin my day. As I took one last
look at the lake before settling down to write to you, I
was surprised by 12-16 little dabblers. Ducks that
are transient in Spring and Fall who keep active by
diving under the water and disappearing. That is why
it is so difficult to know just how many they were. They
are not all on top of the water at the same time.

These are called the Hooded Mergansers and my bird book
describes the male drakes as resembling an avian egghead.
That made me giggle.The males have a beautiful crest which
is white and surrounded by black and they raise it up when
they are excitedly trying to impress a female. All the males
must have been impressing females because they all had their
crest raised. When it is lowered the white flag appears
as a narrow line.

I took time to admire them and watching them with my
binoculars. I could see them so clearly as they were feeding
right in front of my beach instead of halfway across the lake.
A regular mallard duck came and watched them for a while.
She seemed to be enjoying them even though she could not
join them because she could not dive and stay submerged like
they could. After a while, she ambled off by herself. A white
seagull I call Oscar, joined them and I think he was feeding off
the small fish that the Mergansers were stirring up. The mallard
duck impressed me because I did not feel that she was
experiencing being different like we humans would in the same
situation.

There were two white things in the distance but I could not
see clearly enough even with the binoculars to discern exactly
what they were. The forms looked to me like they might be
white pelicans and I even brought my binoculars with me to see
if I could get a better view when I had to go out. By the time,
I got to another part of the lake to see better, they were nowhere
in sight. Darn!

EMAIL FROM WORLDPUJA

For six and a half years The World Puja Network has had
the strongest partner one could ask for, God. From the
inception of my becoming the President of The World
Puja Network, I knew I needed a powerful partner for
such a massive undertaking.

As a result, from the inception until now, before I implement

the world said, “yes I can do this for you this week.”
What I was clearly guided to say on the invitation
literally flowed out in minutes, and finally, the technical
logistics to make this happen, easily came into place.

It is experience such as this that allows one to clearly
know that everything one is undertaking is meant to be.
No struggle, no resistance, and perfect flow with the
Divine. This is how Life, is meant to be lived. This is
when we know we are in the natural flow of life.

I am beyond grateful to invite you, along with every
friend and family member to an event, a planetary
transmission, that I have been assured will make a
marked difference in how we and our Mother Earth
will experience the coming year of 2011.

This year will be unlike any other in the history of
humankind. How we consciously and energetically
enter into it, together, is going to affect the planet,
and each one of us greatly.

I have been told that on this day, as a result of this
gathering, Heaven will come closer to Earth.

Additionally I am told that Heaven on Earth is able to
occur only when there is a collective gathering, such
as this, coming together with a purposeful, singular
influence.

God said:
Love does not mean dependence. Your love is to set others
free and yourself as well. Love does not bind. It does not
bind the other nor does it bind you. You are not a prisoner
of love. You are a fulfiller of love. You are the responder and
receiver of love.
Love calls to you and meets itself within your heart. Love resides
in the heart at the very moment it is given. Love is multi-directioned.
It is not hoarded, nor is it frivolous. Love goes beyond borders.
Love has no borders unless you make them up. Love does not say,
“This far, and no further.”
Some minds tell the heart where it can love and where it cannot love.
Have you ever heard of anything so foolish? Love, by its very nature,
is unbounded. There are no exceptions. Love does not walk
down narrow aisles. Love does not say: “I will go here, but
not there.” Love is bigger than that. Love is bigger than anything.
We are talking about love beyond physical attraction. Let your
love be attracted everywhere. Love is not a nit-picker. Love is
for all. Love is a way of being. You are love, and love goes
everywhere and sees love everywhere. Love loves the lovely,
and love loves the so-called unlovely. Love is a condition of
your heart.
Love does not stand back. Love does not wait for permission.
Love is like a lovely mist that falls everywhere.
By your very presence, hearts are stirred. You do not stir hearts,
yet they are stirred by your love. You pass through others’ lives,
and they are stirred by your love. Your love emboldens them.
Here comes your love. It is rushing to and fro right now.
Love does not depart. It embraces. It embraces on a silent level.
Love does not have to put its arms around anyone. By its very
nature, love embraces. A hug is nice, but it is nothing next to l
ove that needs no demonstration, love that just has to be
allowed to be.
Love is not meant to be dependent upon your thoughts. Love is
not a snare that traps you. There is bigger love than personal love.
Personal love is practice for universal love. The Great Ones
simply loved. They loved all. They did not bill and coo love.
They loved. The way a flower reveals its sweet scent, the
Great Ones revealed their love. Love is bigger than life.
You are bigger than life.

Let love be, and laugh.
Love in the world searches for Oneness. Everyone wants
Oneness. Everyone craves it. Love is not out there, beloveds.
That is not where you find it. You find it within yourself.
The sunshine of love dwells within you. And the sun shines
on all.
You have had glimpses of love. You have had glimpses
of Oneness. Now you are going to see more love, feel
more love. You are going to let love out. You will not
be a sponge of love. You will be a giver of love. You
will stand tall and give love wherever you are and
whatever you are doing. You are simply going to shine
your love everywhere. And the sun is going to shine on
you, beloveds. It already is. You would not be here unless
the sun has been shining on you.
You are at a beautiful place now. You are on the verge
of love, and you are going to go all the way with love.
You will not have to hold onto banisters. Your love will
fly free. As it flies free from you, you are exalted. Love r
ises to Heaven, and you are risen.

LETTING GO AND HEAVEN LETTERS

I just got back from going out kayaking. At this time of the year,
each journey out on the lake is so valuable, I am never sure if it will
be my last one for the year. Friday and Saturday, I was gone all
day so I have no idea if I could have gone out or not, even though
it was sunny. The wind is the biggest determining factor and the water
is usually only still early in the morning which is too cool for me to
feel like going out.

My busyness is the reason that I am a few days late with this
newsletter and I am sure you forgive me for postponing it a
bit more to take a jaunt. I had been checking it all day but it
rained during the night and it misted this morning and it was
raw: not conducive to going out. I suddenly noticed a man
at the water’s edge so I went out to check who he was since
he was a stranger to me. He was a man who was enjoying
the nice weather by using his metal detector. It seems they
lowered the boards at the end of the lake which allows more
water to go over the dam thus lowering the depth of the lake
which makes the water’s edge further away. It is a good time
to look for lost things so he was treasure hunting.

By going out to check him out I discovered it had warmed up
and the water was like glass. I could not resist so I suited up
( I have a pant and jacket outfit that is nylon like a windbreaker)
so I would be protected from the cold water. The sun peeked
out of the clouds and the minute I got in my kayak, my whole
body just relaxed in gratitude. I was in heaven. since it was
so much easier to kayak in still water, I decided to go around
the whole lake. Since I fractured my shoulder last December,
I still cannot kayak the whole lake if it is choppy, it takes too
much strength but I know by next spring, it should be strong
enough to once again be free to roam around the whole lake.

I did not see any geese but there must have been at least 30
mallard ducks at various points. There was one of the last
pontoon boats out enjoying a last hurrah too. With the
water lower for the winter, the look and feel of the shore is so
different. Actually the feel of the lake is different also.
Most of the boats are put up or away, the buoys are gone
and I did not see any people out and about anywhere.

I was half way around when it suddenly started to cloud up
again and I knew my heavenly sojourn was about to end.
the water started to get choppy and the wind picked up so
I cut a few corners to head back home BUT I did make it
around the whole lake.Living on a lake is a perfect
example of New England weather. As we say: “If you don’t
like the weather, wait a minute and it will change”. It did
start to rain before I got back and I was grateful it was not
a downpour.

At this time of the year, you don’t have the luxury of postponing
going out because you never know if you have time before it starts
up again. It’s that way in the warmer months also but there are
more opportunities and we kind of take for granted that there will
be other chances. Now, we know the colder weather is coming,
in fact, it is here.

I would like to share a hint with you that I learned that allows me
to enjoy most of what happens in my life. It is LIVING IN THE
MOMENT. I know you know this but just let this be a reminder
because it does take practice to put it into action. This movie is
such a reminder, I think you will enjoy it.

How did this full moon treat you? I had quite a few people
mention frustration and communications being skewed with
time mixups and delays. I was not free from this energy either.
I paid for my month membership at the gym and came right
home afterwards. As I was putting everything away, I noticed
that the sleeve I keep my charge card in was empty. I checked
everywhere, tore my pocket book apart 3 times, went into the
garage even with a flash light and checked my car out three times.

I checked pockets and everything I wore. Nothing, so I called
the gym and the owner had just left, he had waited on me. They
called him and he had not seen it, they checked the cash register
and still nothing. I kept looking. I finally asked St. Anthony to
help me, he never fails me. I finally called the gym back and asked
if someone could go out and check the parking lot before it got
dark in a half hour. I could not have made it in that time. They
said they had checked the locker room and had even gone outside
to the parking lot but nothing showed up. As much as I did not
want to, I called my credit card company. They said they could
issue me a new one and cancel that one THAT I did not want
as it is such a pain to transfer everything onto another credit
card number.I have some monthly charges that go directly
on that card so it is a huge time saver. Finally they said they
would put a hold on it for 24 hours and if I did not call them
within that time, they would cancel it.

Since I could not do anything else, I prayed to St. Anthony
again and then relaxed. He can not help you very quickly
if you hang onto the problem. You need to relax and trust
that he will solve it for you. I did just that.

I got up the next morning and decided to check my purse
one more time. I was up at 6AM because I had that Cursillo
conference to go to all day. I have a black nail tool kit that
I carry, it stays closed with magnets. I decided to check
that out and guess what was in it. My black charge card!!!
Somehow it must have slipped out of its sleeve when I put it
in my purse and lodged in there and it was invisible. If it had
been in the white sleeve I would have noticed it. It is the first
time it has ever fallen out of the sleeve. Whew.

I called my credit card company and told them I found it so I
am now back in business. I was so relieved that I did not have
to go through all that trouble of changing all my accounts to
another charge card. That St. Anthony is incredible, he always
comes through for me if I don’t panic and get tense. It took a
little longer this time because I was having a hard time not
thinking about it.

St. Anthony is the patron saint of miracles and lost causes or lost
items. It does not matter what denomination you are or your
belief system, he helps all of us. Just trust and then, don’t forget
to relax knowing he is in charge.

God said:
It is not for you to have concern about your status in the world.
Whether the world looks up to you or away from you – it is not
the making of you. Plaudits from the world feel very good, and
displeasure from the world does not feel good, and yet you are
not here for the pleasure or displeasure of the world. You are
not a branch of a tree that is snapped at the flick of a wrist.
Your life is meant for more. The foundation you stand on is
greater than the audience you have. The eyes of the world do
not have to be upon you.

You don’t have to be the star of the movie you are in. The bit
players also play a significant role. No one owns the play.
Whatever it may seem like, all parts are equal. The director is
important. The cameraman. The editor.

Which vine of the grape is more important than another?
Every leaf plays its part. Each contributes to the whole.
The root of the vine supports all. A fledgling vine matters.
Every leaf matters. Some may seem to be more favored
than another, but the truth is that all are favored.

Everyone in a play is favored. Everyone is favored to be
in the play. It is not an affront to be in the play. It is not
discrimination to have a small part, nor is a more dominant
role in the play exaltation.

You are all gears of the Universe. Which gear tooth matters
more than another?

Whether you play the prince or the pauper does not determine
your significance. And if you are the prince today and the pauper
tomorrow, you are not more or less. As the world perceives,
you are more or less. The world does often perceive amiss.
The perceptions of the world are no more and no less than
the perceptions of the world.

There is a higher court. It is a court of love. It is a court of
true recognition. It is a court that gets to the heart of the matter.

The heart of the matter goes deep. You contribute significantly.
Even if in your own eyes, you are a dodgy scoundrel, you have
great merit in the court of love. Everyone goes to the maypole.
Everyone is significant. The chorus is significant. Every child of
Mine is significant. You must know that you have great meaning
to Me. To say that you mean a lot to Me does not begin to say
what you are to Me.

There is destiny. There is also free will, and you can change
what you see as your destiny. The destiny that you all share
is that you are coming to Me speedily in your awareness.
You who have never left are zooming back to Me. Like
rockets, you are. That is your destiny, and that you cannot change.

Circumstances in your life, you can change. You can change
what you may consider your lot in life. You can start flying
with the angels if you like. If you have lived in a mud pit, you
can arise. There is no limit as to how far you can rise. How
far would you like to rise? And when you have risen to the
highest, then there is another high to reach, for, of what
We speak now, there is no limit.

High or low in terms of the world, first or last, you can reach
Heaven and beyond. In Heaven terms, there is no first or
second or last, and this is how you are to Me. First.

10-10-10 / ALTERNATIVE TO CHEMOTHERAPY

It feels much longer than a week since I was in touch with you.
Can I blame it on the weather??? Here in the East we are having
a “Northeaster” but with rain instead of snow. See, there are things
to be grateful for, at least it does not have to be shoveled. I went
out to get my mail and noticed that my son’s canoe had been tipped
over and the rain was piling up in it.The wind during the night must
have been powerful enough to flip it. It makes you feel good about
staying inside and being nice and warm and dry.

I did get to go out in my kayak during a lull in the wind this week.
Most of the boats are gone, put up for the winter. There are still
a few hardy pontoon boats but I am the only one out in a kayak.
Another phase of living on the lake is in progress, the difference
between the summer people and the year rounders. The smaller
ducks are gathering now but the little dobblers that dive for food
have not arrived yet. The geese are scarce which is a good thing.

Did you notice any shift in energy on the 10-10-10? There were
powerful downloads of energy and according to those who “know”
every human was affected, every heart has received an opening so
we should be seeing more heartfelt decisions being made. It is
important to listen only to your heart. Your mind can make
decisions but unless your heart agrees with your mind, take a
few deep breaths, step away from the situation and take a second
look. Always verify every decision with your heart and follow its
guidance. Your heart holds the truth no matter what illusion is
presented to you.

1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer
cells do not show up in the standard tests until they have
multiplied to a few billion. When doctors tell cancer patients
that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after
treatment, it just means the tests are unable to detect the
cancer cells because they have not reached the detectable
size.

2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a
person’s lifetime.

3. When the person’s immune system is strong the cancer
cells will be destroyed and prevented from multiplying and
forming tumors.

4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has
nutritional deficiencies. These could be due to genetic,

6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing

7.. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars
and damages healthy cells, tissues and organs.

8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will often
reduce tumor size. However prolonged use of
chemotherapy and radiation do not result in more tumor
destruction.

9. When the body has too much toxic burden from
chemotherapy and radiation the immune system is either
compromised or destroyed, hence the person can succumb
to various kinds of infections and complications.

10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to
mutate and become resistant and difficult to destroy.
Surgery can also cause cancer cells to spread to other
sites.

11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer
cells by not feeding it with the foods it needs to multiply.

*CANCER CELLS FEED ON:

a. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made
with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute
would be Manuka honey or molasses, but only in very small
amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in
color Better alternative is Bragg’s aminos or sea salt.

B. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the
gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting
off milk and substituting with unsweetened soy milk cancer
cells are being starved.

c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based
diet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little other meat,
like chicken. Meat also contains livestock
antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all
harmful, especially to people with cancer.

d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole
grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruits help put the body into
an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked
food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live
enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to
cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance
growth of healthy cells. To obtain live enzymes for building
healthy cells try and drink fresh vegetable juice (most
vegetables including bean sprouts) and eat some raw
vegetables 2 or 3 times a day. Enzymes are destroyed at
temperatures of 104 degrees F (40 degrees C)..

e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have high
caffeine Green tea is a better alternative e and has cancer
fighting properties. Water-best to drink purified water, or
filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap
water. Distilled water is acidic, avoid it.

12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of
digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the
intestines becomes putrefied and leads to more toxic
buildup.

13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By
refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes
to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the
body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

14. Some supplements build up the immune system
(IP6, Flor-ssence, Essiac, anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals,
EFAs etc.) to enable the bodies own killer cells to destroy
cancer cells.. Other supplements like vitamin E are known
to cause apoptosis, or programmed cell death, the body’s
normal method of disposing of damaged, unwanted, or
unneeded cells.

15. Cancer is a disease of the mind, body, and spirit.
A proactive and positive spirit will help the cancer warrior
be a survivor. Anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness put
the body into a stressful and acidic environment. Learn to
have a loving and forgiving spirit. Learn to relax and enjoy
life.

16. Cancer cells cannot thrive in an oxygenated
environment. Exercising daily, and deep breathing help to
get more oxygen down to the cellular level. Oxygen
therapy is another means employed to destroy cancer
cells.

1. No plastic containers in micro.

2. No water bottles in freezer.

3. No plastic wrap in microwave..

Johns Hopkins has recently sent this out in its newsletters. This
information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as
well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins
are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don’t freeze your
plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the
plastic. Recently, Dr Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle
Hospital , was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked
about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be
heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This
especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the
combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food
and ultimately into the cells of the body. Instead, he recommends using
glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating
food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things
as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the
container and heated in something else. Paper isn’t bad but you don’t
know what is in the paper. It’s just safer to use tempered glass, Corning
Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food
restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper The dioxin
problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as
dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the
food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out
of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel
instead.
