FACING THE FEAR OF REJECTION

It feels like a long time since I have been able to talk with you .
I am able to be out of my sling more and more so I am able
to type better and much easier. The occupational therapist,
Betty, who comes to my home has been fantastic. I still won’t
be able to drive for at least another two weeks. Another
XRay is needed to make sure it is healing right. Hopefully
I will be given the go ahead to drive.

This fractured shoulder episode has given me many opportunities
to face the demons(fears) that I had been able to bury. I am
cussedly independent and it takes all my courage to ask for
help.

I live alone so on a daily, hourly and sometimes minute by minute
basis, something else showed up that I cannot do. Yet so many things
need doing just to exist. For instance, I could not take a shower without
a hand held shower and also a bench in my tub for security. I could not
and would not agree to a sponge bath. I washed myself the best I could.

Oh the sorrows of being so modest and also so independent. What a
learning curve.

One of my sons tried to get me a hand held shower but in Walmart, they
were not with the shower things so he could not find one. Finally, my other
son found one in Home depot and he installed it for me. The Wales Senior
Center has benches that people can borrow and it was suggested I get
a tranfer bench which the director graciously brought to me only to discover
the back and the side were on the wrong side of the shower so it was not
usable for me.

The next day, she was going to bring me another regular bench and the shed
where these things are stored was frozen shut. The following day she brought
me one that would fit. Finally I had all in place and I was so looking forward to
the next day when my home health aide was to come.

A snow storm came up and she was unable to make it. This was on a
Thursday and she would not be back until Monday. Notice all the
stumbling blocks that were put in place to give me the opportunity
to practice PATIENCE and release all the things I thought I had to have.

By the time all was in place, it was three and a half weeks before
I was able to get a shower. It had been two weeks before I was
able to get my hair washed and that was sooner because it could
be done in the sink. I could not get my body into the sink for
a bath. :>)

I live in a very small town and on a private street. Because it is
a private street, my mail cannot be delivered and I have a Post
Office box which I cannot access without mobility.

Getting groceries was quite difficult as there are no delivery
services. Thank God for my family and friends and also
more opportunities to face my dreaded fear of asking for help.
I was even snowed in one Sunday as both my doors were blocked
with snow and would not open. I put in two frantic calls to the
young men who shovel and plow. There was no place I could
go as I was home bound but just the fact that I could not get
out really accentuated that fact. Boy, did I feel isolated, abandoned,
and so all alone.

I have had many blessings in this seemingly disaster. I discovered that
my fear of asking goes way back to childhood and the fear of
rejection. Although I am OK if someone cannot do what I ask,
the mere fact of asking is opening myself to rejection. I now realize
that if someone raised their voices or hollers, my instant reaction
is to run and hide. I do not stand my ground and argue, I simply
cannot…at least I couldn’t . I can stand up to anyone like a business
or someone who is not close to me. But friends and family can
reduce me to a quivering pile of tears.

I am now able to see at a much deeper level just how terrified
I am of maybe being rejected, at least my perception of being
rejected.

What a gift that is. I have always seen the glass as half full and
now am being given the chance to realize that I can survive with
a glass that is half empty. It is all in the perception. Until we face
our demons, they control us. I am so grateful that I was forced to
face up to my fears, see them and transmute them.

I thought I might also take this email to share with you some of
the pro cesses I use to prepare for the new year…

Of course the first thing is to listen to your Soul Song of

Second is is technique – Setting Your Intentions for 2010:

Each year I suggest this process and have found it a miraculous
exercise for my own life. You start by asking yourself 4
questions…

1. What do I want this year in my personal life
2. What do I want this year for my financial life
3. What do I want this year for my business life
4. What do I want this year for my spiritual life

Then you write your answers. I feel into my body to identify in
my heart what I am being drawn to create for the year. The MOST
IMPORTANT part is to write it as if it has already happened.
As an example / template, here is an excerpt of what I wrote for
the category of relationships for 2010:

“I am so grateful for the wonderful supportive friends that where
in my life in 2010. I am so honored by their presence and how we
\danced together to create new adventures, travels, opportunities
and more. Their presence in my life in 2010 allowed me to give
and receive from the deepest places in my heart. My interaction
with my wonderful friends gave me the most amazing insights about
how I can open and evolve my heart even more to forgiveness,
compassion and acceptance. THANK YOU”

You get the idea… write it as if it has already happened AND
makes sure you include how you “felt” when it happened. Do this
for each of the categories (there may be some overlap but the
categories are designed to allow for specifics in those four areas
of your life).

This is a POWERFUL exercise that almost acts as plan for the year
but flows through and creates a vibrational resonance with what
\you are desiring. You can do this over the next couple of days…
I promise you it will really make a lovely impact. Then print it
out post a couple of copies in places you will regularly
see them to remind you what you are creating.

Here is the New Years Ritual you can do tonight:

On a sheet of paper, write out all of the things from the
current year that you’ve outgrown, no longer want in your life,
no longer work for you, and anything else you feel you want to
shed and leave behind. On a separate piece of paper, write
all of the things you can think of and feel that you want to grow
and expand in the new year. Then burn each paper in separate
dishes or shells, making sure all pieces are turned to ashes.
Then, when cooled, put them into separate envelopes or
containers (film canister, Ziploc baggie, etc.) and mark “to
shed” and “to grow” on the container. Around 5 minutes before
midnight, start visualizing all the things on the “to shed”
list, and see them slip away, see them blown away and washed
away, out of your energy field, out of your life and out of your
reality. Then go outside and pour the “to shed” ashes into your
hand and let the wind scatter the ashes away and release them
and all they represent, as the old year fades away.

After midnight, after blessing the new year, with the second
container “to grow”, visualize all of these goals, desires,
etc. coming to fruition, to this level of reality. I bring that envelope down to the garden, and with a stick dig a small hole,
then plant these ashes in the earth, near a tree or in a special
place, (for those in apartments, I encourage them to use their
favorite houseplant). The ashes are a reminder of the life cycle,
the power of nature and the honoring of Mother Earth, that these
seeds of hopes and dreams are nurtured into reality, in the coming
year.

This ceremony was offered by one of my subscribers Maureen Collins,
a wonderful artists and jeweler, for 2009 I did it last year with
tremendous success and wanted to share it again with you all for
2010. You may want to try this and tweak it and do it a way that
suits you.

2010, A POWERFUL NEW YEAR!

It is hard to believe that we have already completed the first decade of the New Millennium. I do not think anyone can dispute the fact that time is being accelerated. The unprecedented awakening Humanity experienced during the first decade of the 21st century was miraculous, but it will not hold a candle to the shift of consciousness that will take place during the second decade. This shift of consciousness will result in the unification of millions of Lightworkers, whose dedicated service to Humanity and the Light will change the course of history. From outer appearances this statement may seem too good to be true, but actually, it does not begin to adequately describe the wonders that are in store for Humanity and all Life on this planet. These monumental changes will begin in 2010, and they will unfold day by day until the patterns of perfection for the New Earth are physically manifest. If you have any doubt about that please meditate on the following Truth: “The Light of God is ALWAYS Victorious, and WE
are that Light!”

Since the dawn of the New Millennium, Lightworkers around the world have been invoking Divine Intervention to assist with Humanity’s awakening and Earth’s Ascension into the 5th Dimension. For the past ten years the Earth has been going through an intensified cleansing process, that has pushed everything that conflicts with Heaven on Earth to the surface to be healed. This process is not complete yet, but enough of Humanity’s human miscreations have been cleared to begin the manifestation of the patterns of perfection for the New Earth. This is the next phase of the unfolding Divine Plan, which will be birthed with the New Year, 2010.

There are several celestial events that coincide with the birth of 2010. This is not by chance. Through the unified efforts of Lightworkers and the entire Company of Heaven, this powerful New Year is being catapulted into the highest frequencies of vibration that Cosmic Law will allow. 2009, was an eleven (11) year. Eleven is the master number that reflects the transformation of the physical into the Divine. These energies have been preparing every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life on Earth for the shifts that will take place in 2010.

On December 12, 2009, 12:12, our Mother God and the Feminine Aspects of Deity throughout the Universe expanded the portal of Transfiguring Divine Love. Through this expanded portal, the Earth and all her Life are being bathed with higher transformational energies than we have ever experienced. These frequencies of Divine Love will build in momentum daily and hourly until December 12, 2010. During this 12-month cycle, Humanity will have an unparalleled opportunity to release any of the behavior patterns that are preventing us from tangibly manifesting the patterns of perfection for the New Earth. This is a merciful gift of Divine Grace. It is a time for us to focus on our Divine Intentions.

On December 16, 2009, the portal of Transfiguring Divine Love was intensified through a very powerful New Moon. This enhanced the influx of Light that bathed the Earth during the Solstice, December 21, 2009. On December 31, 2009, we will experience a BLUE MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE. The Beings of Light have revealed that this is going to be the most significant New Year we have experienced since our fall from Grace millions of years ago. This is a vitally important time for all of us to empower what we want to cocreate in our individual lives and on this planet. Not only will our hopes, dreams, visions, and Divine Intentions be expanded a thousand times a thousandfold by the Company of Heaven, they will be exponentially expanded by the tremendous influx of Light we will experience on that sacred day.

These gifts of Divine Intervention will expand in power and might until January 14, 2010. On that day, we will experience an incredibly powerful New Moon Solar Eclipse. During the Solar Eclipse, the patterns of perfection we have empowered will be permanently sealed in the highest frequencies of vibration possible. From that moment forth, they will build in momentum daily and hourly. When our visions reach a critical mass, an unstoppable shift will occur that will bring our cocreations into manifestation.

It is important for all of us to go within our hearts to see what our I AM Presence is guiding us to empower in our individual lives. We can also join together to invoke the Light on behalf of Humanity and all Life on this planet. The Company of Heaven has given us wonderful and very powerful tools to help us reprogram ourselves. I would like to share one of them with you now. This exercise will help us to release the fragmented and fear-based thoughtforms from our lower human egos. It will help us to give our I AM Presences, full dominion of our lives.

THE NEW TECHNOLOGY OF THE VIOLET FLAME

The 5th-Dimensional frequencies of the Violet Flame allow us to easily download programs or patterns of perfection from the Causal Body of our Father-Mother God that we would like to manifest in our lives. We begin with an invocation, then we decide what programs we want to download and ask our I AM Presence to assist us. The downloading occurs instantly and automatically, very similar to the way the process occurs when we put a disc with a new program into our computer.

After the program is downloaded, our I AM Presence uses the technology of the Violet Flame to scan all of our records, memories, belief systems, fears, blocks, etc., from all time frames and dimensions both known and unknown. Any thought, word, action, or feeling that we have ever expressed in any lifetime that conflicts with the new program is identified, transmuted, and deleted.

We also have the ability to download programs for our families, our friends, and all Humanity. All we have to do is invoke their I AM Presence and ask that the program be downloaded according to their Divine Plan.

For our collective purposes here, the Beings of Light have grouped the programs we are going to download together according to subject matter. We are also going to invoke our families, friends, and the entire Family of Humanity.

The first step involves invoking our Father-Mother God, our I AM Presence, and the I AM Presence of all Humanity:

My Father-Mother God, My I AM Presence, the I AM Presences of ALL Humanity, and the entire Company of Heaven.

I ask the I AM Presence of each member of my family, my friends, and the entire Family of Humanity to downloaded these programs for each person according to his or her highest good and their individual Divine Plans: And I begin…
