7 SECRETS TO AN AWESOME LIFE

Dr. Norm Shealey blew me away with his talk. I had heard
his name and read a little of what he was about along the years
but this one really gave me much food for thought.

I am so grateful for the beautiful people who offer us, the general
public, access to these healers and experts for no cost. And….
we don’t have to leave home to go to a workshop. We can listen
and learn within the comfort of our homes and choose the time

And now for Norm’s Recipe for Everyday Health

1.Get out of bed in the morning and bless the day and yourself
for the sleep you just had.
2. Exercise – minimum of 30 minutes a day (can be at the
end of the day but more effective at giving energy and maintaining
weight if done at the beginning of the day) 5 days a week.
3. Eat a healthy breakfast (and healthy meals throughout the day).
A healthy meal consists of real food. Food with more than one
or two ingredients is no longer real. Wide variety of fruits, vegetables, dairy, fish.
4. Go through the day expecting and programming things to be OK
5. Finish the day by taking a little rest. Take some time to do
some deep breathing, meditation, etc.
6. Go into sleep with mental programming of positive activities and
thank god and your soul for the benefits of the day.
7. Get 8 hours of sleep (if you don’t get sufficient sleep – almost as bad as smoking).
