HAPPY EASTER 7 HAPPY PASSOVER

Dearly Beloved,

Today is Good Friday and also Passover, very
special days. When I woke this morning I was
very grateful for this day and the sun pouring in.
It was such a reminder of the darkness of the
night and the glory of the sunrise which represents
Good Friday and Easter.

I see Good Friday as a gift from Jesus that He
gave so freely that we could have the freedom
to forgive ourselves and others. He forgave
those who crucified Him to show us the
Power of Love and to show us that the
sun always rises after the darkness of whatever
is keeping us from seeing the Light.

A hero is someone who gives all that he/she is
when someone else is in trouble. Whether or
nor he loses his life, he is still a hero for putting
someone’s needs first before his/her own.I never
thought of Jesus as a Hero but in actuality He is.
He gave his life for the world much as our
beautiful armed forces give of themselves for us.
You and I have many heroes in our lives with
many different names. Yet, Jesus did it so we
would not have to so why are we still asking
humanity to give their lives. Let’s bring peace to
the world so no one else needs to die for us.
This is a new perspective for me as I have never
considered it in this way before.

When you are in the midst of troubles and ailments,
it is difficult to see another aspect of the experience.
Whenever you begin to think of the “bad” things
that happened to you or yours, look back and
become aware of where you are now, You did
come through whatever you went through and
it is simply a memory now, there is no power
in that memory that can hurt you. You are now
OK and have moved on. This is the way life
is and always remember that hindsight is great,
it allows you to see what transpired and the
lesson you learned and ultimately the power
you have to surmount anything.

Easter is my favorite Holiday of the year. The
Vigil Mass held the night before Easter morning
brings me to the awareness of what Easter really
means. While the entire church is dark, each
person gets a candle and lights it. It looks and
feels like a miracle when you see one candle
after another light up until the whole Church is
aglow with candlelight. Do you know it does
not take anything away from a candle to light
another candle? Good metaphor for us humans,
right? It is an example for me that when we
come together, we can light up the world. Isn’t
that what Easter really means. Out of the darkness,
comes the light so we can truly see who is right
next to us.

Being Easter time, we have to have one about our
little critters who serve us by just being themselves.
They touch the most aloof person around.

A mother duck and her ducklings visited the
White House Wednesday, but the mom was
the only one of the group big enough to jump
the concrete barrier beneath the fence.
Her young ducklings were stuck milling about
on the sidewalk below until armed guards
came to the rescue.
Two uniformed Secret Service agents saw the
separation and came to the ducklings’ aid,
lifting each baby through the fence.
Tourists gave the agents a big round of
applause afterward.

EASTER BLESSINGS AND PATRICIA COTA-ROBLES

Beloved,

This has been such a special week, full of opportunities to
spread LOVE and receive LOVE. You know that the Whole
Health Expo in Northampton was this past weekend. I spoke
and had a booth where I offered Advice from the Mother
sessions and also offered all the opportunity to purchase my
book in paperback and ALSO in audio book form (brand
new). I also had the CD of the talk I gave in Sturbridge,
Love is Enlightenment which I began with the Lord’s Prayer
in Aramaic, the Lord’s own language so it is now recorded
for all who wish to hear and partake in it.

There were a few challenges as happens with every new
venture even if you have done it before. This time I was
given a much smaller room to speak in and a smaller table
to display from. My heart went out to the people who were
in the small room as the air conditioning was not working
properly and I needed to round up more chairs which still
were not enough as some people were standing or sitting
on the floor and some turned away because of lack of space.

It was an opportunity to create large from small, to bring
more power into small spaces. It was wonderful to reconnect
with so many of you and be able to give you a hug and to
meet new beings I had not hugged before. I am humbled by
all of your compliments and yet you inspire me even further
to continue on with what I am called to do. Thank you.

This is a holy week and such a powerful one. We celebrated
Palm Sunday, Holy Week , Passover and today is Earth Day
with Easter in a couple of days. Do you see how we all come
together to share our love in different ways with different
titles but all celebrating Love and Life. We are all so
connected so why do we feel separate. WE are not.

Easter is my most favorite Holy Day. It symbolizes for me
the Love of Jesus who gave His all for our freedom and how
He rose from the most dire of circumstances into a new body
and a new life just to let us know that we can do it also. He
loved us so much that He was willing to give His all to show
us the way. His brand of Love has been imitated by a
multitude of humans who are doing the same thing. Our
countrymen/women who fight for us in the armed services,
beings who serve us and our needs including the person
at the grocery store or on the telephone who help us with
our questions, etc. I could go on and on but it is futile
because you and every human on this planet is helping
every one else in their own way. You just need to be
aware of it and you will see true service everywhere
you look.

You all know how much I think of Jennifer McLean and
the Healing with the Masters show that she offers and for free.
Last night, she offered us the opportunity to listen to
Patricia Cota-Robles. I saw her in person once and I
receive all her newsletters so I was eager to listen to her
again. She blew me away. She answered so many
questions that I have had and yet left me to ponder some
more on things that my mind has not rationalized.

She even answered the question I had about why I wear
only purple. I know it makes me feel good, it makes my
heart happy but I did not have an explanation other than
that. She answered that and many more small wonderings
I have had.

I listened to her talk again this morning and received even
more insight into why Jesus came, why we as a planet are
seeing so many challenges and even why so many “good”
people are suffering so much. The biggest insight I received
is how we as individuals can affect other people and the
planet herself. It blows me away to understand the power
we have and the great opportunity we are being given.

I need to share it with you so you will realize just how much
you are loved and how much you love others and how
we can leave the next generation with a planet that will
nurture and support them.

Will you join me?
Click on this link and then scroll down to Patricia Cota-Robles’
section and listen to her talk. It will be up for you to listen to
until Tuesday but I suggest you listen to it now because you
will want to listen again because there is so much info that
your mind would like to wrap around.

THE VATICAN AS NEVER SEEN BEFORE

Happy Easter,

What a beautiful spring day it was today. The Northeast has
had so much rain that we are waterlogged. We have had April
weather in March. As someone I met said: “Instead of April showers
bring May flowers, we have become March floods brings April buds.”

I need to confess that I went out in my kayak today. I did check with
my therapist and she said to try it. I usually go all around the lake but my
shoulder was happy that I did only one third of the lake. I was satisfied
to sit in the kayak in the water and let the motion of the water just lull me.

Tomorrow is supposed to be the warmest, almost 80 degrees but my
little granddaughter is celebrating her first birthday of being on this
planet and that comes first. I am so looking forward to the party being
outside and having the family around. This way I will give my shoulder
a rest and will try again on Sunday, Easter.

What a great way to celebrate the Resurrection, it is my most favorite
HolyDay of the year. We are all reborn and so is all of nature. No
matter where you go everyone is smiling now that the sun is out. It will
be a great day for the Easter egg hunt and the children will get to
wear their Easter clothes without having to wear a winter coat as
many Easters they have had to. And….the eggs won’t freeze as
they are waiting to be found by little hands.

I have an Easter gift or spring gift for you. Technology today can
bring things right into our own homes without having to travel to
see the sights. I have been to Rome but this video will give you
the opportunity to study up close all it has to offer. In fact,
you can see things better this way than actually being there.

I hope you enjoy it and remember to let hope spring into
your heart, it is the season.
